Nift entrance happens every year around Jan-Feb. You can give nift entrance either while appearing for 12th board exams or after you have completed your 12th. You'll have to prepare for your CAT and GAT exams. CAT tests you on your drawing skills while GAT tests you on your maths, gk, english and logical reasoning. Maybe you can go watch some videos related to this on TH-cam to get more knowledge
