Some of the best advice I’ve EVER got, and always give away now, is to NEVER EVER go into any sort of business with any family EVER. It’s always a mistake. And not only that, you should almost always never hire a family member either. Don’t EVER hire a family member that you can’t easily fire, on the spot. If there is anything that gives you hesitance about having to fire that family member if need be, then you shouldn’t hire them. It’s best just to avoid ALL business with family members. The same goes for good friends too.
Agreed. The only time it ever kinda works is from a parent who truly has your best intentions at heart. But even then performance could sink the business side and, in turn, the personal aspect
Just another reminder that relatives are just PEOPLE with whom you didn’t CHOOSE to share dna. It doesn't automatically make them any better or worse than anyone else you'll encounter in your life! People are who they are, so evaluate, anticipate and adjust expectations according to who they are, not who we'd like them to be.
@@kevinzapata1605 naw because that beginning part changes the whole quote completely. This also happened to tennis legend, Juan Martin Del Potro, with his biological father using all of his son's money to buy worthless properties and Del Potro finding out that his father spent all of his money when his father died. Then of course Dane Cook's step-brother or cousin spent tens of millions of Dane Cook's money when he was at the peak of his fame.
I never understand how pro athletes making hundreds of millions don't have some Goldman Sachs, Wall Street banker literally handling all their money. Those big corpos will make you 10% on your money / year, compounded. Its not glamorous, but he's worth about $100 million. In 5 years he'd be worth $150+. By the time he's 40, he's worth nearly a quarter billion. I know no pro athlete is really educated, but man this is basic stuff. Also, those big corpos only handle $100+ million dollar accounts. Maybe $50M. They're not for normies like everyone in the comments.

FAMILY is family for a reason, it spells it out for you in the word itself - FAM[ILY] family will always LOVE YOU & should NOT do you wrong @ any point in time !!!
NEVER let your family touch your finances. They always think yours is theirs. The more you make, the higher the threat relatives become.
Gone be a interesting thanksgiving and Christmas this year 😂
7:52 Ocho just stop Talkin 😂
Ocho had to realize what he meant for a second.
Sometimes Ocho rambling is very annoying, especially if he's playing ignorant.
“Higher than giraffe who-ha” 😂😂😭
Thanks!
💯
Well said, “All our relatives are not our family.” We CHOOSE our family - some are in our gene pool and some are not.
“Ocho just stop talking” 😂 😂Shannon be annoyed with ocho you can tell ..
I don't think he was annoyed with Ocho lol just the mere fact of the situation had him more annoyed.
It's not money that's evil, it's the love of money, this is always misquoted.
The more you have, the more you have to LOSE😢
3:53 ON GOD UNC!!! You can choose your friends AND you can choose your family
Dropping of an nfl playbook at the goodwill IS DIABOLICAL 😂😂😂😂😂
Money is not the root of all evil,
The “LOVE” of money is the root of evil!!😂
Ppl always say the quote incomplete
@@jordonwilliams405but you got the point of what he was saying
@@kevinzapata1605 naw because that beginning part changes the whole quote completely. One states that financial success is considered evil, while the other suggests valuing money as anything other than a tool is actually considered evil. Just because you’re rich doesn’t mean you’re evil, just because you love rich doesn’t mean you’re evil. But if you willing to let me die because that grants you more financial success that is the root of evil. If you’re willing to make gas prices higher than they have to be causing ppl not be around that is the root of evil. Making medicine cost much more than it has to because they can when ppl are dying due to the lack of the medicine is the root of evil. Word matter fam
That part!
money DOES NOT bring out the worst in people...money SHOWS you who they really are
You should never allow family or anyone access to your account
Man, that’s some outta pocket shit. I know I’m fortunate because I have brothers and had a father. That I KNOW would NEVER do some shit like that.
12 MILLION? IDGAF IF IT'S FAMILY, THERE'S UNCOOKED RAW BEEF A FOOT!!!!!
I would trust a stranger before I would trust my family 🤷🏾♀️ I see how they act during tax season. The love of money is the root of all evil ‼️
Man I don't get how people play with other people's money, it's just money. They print it at a factory like bread, it isn't worth the relationship and your reputation.
Money isn’t the root of all evil. The love of money is the root of evil.
It's one of the most misquoted verses of all time. Money is NOT the root of all evil. The LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil. 1 Timothy 6:10
Playbook at the goodwill is crazy 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
12 million is a big ass misunderstanding unc. Ain't no way you can mistakenly take 12 mil from someone.
The root of money is not evil it is the love of money.
So in 2021 Baker was dealing with a torn labrum and multiple other injuries on the field and off the field dealing with all this stuff man there's no wonder why he had such a rough season that year
Shannon is so encouraging especially about transitioning in life. Just beautiful!!!
I'm proud of y'all transition. Keep elevating and given us this great content. I wish much 🙌 and blessings to continue to overflow.
Money is not the root of all evil, the LOVE of money is... 1 Timothy 6:10
The love of money is the root of all evil not just money
Greed is evil. This evil destroys people. Those with money can get trapped by those without and visa versa.
Brett Farve is still walking free off privilege!
What’s the point here?
So true. YT privilege at its finest!
@@Aceito48212what you just read goof ball
@@SoCalOnTheBeat excuse me mam?
just confused how yt priv comes up in a story of a crime that involves only yt ppl 😭😂
I got my first job and my older brother kept stealing money from me even after I would give him money whenever he asked and I cut him off for it 13 years ago now
i like how max kellerman said it "money doesn't bring the worst out of people, it just shows who they really are"
12 million. I'm going to preside over a "physical rebuking service" then I'm going to get my money
Dammm family hurts the most when they do you wrong.
Money is not the root of all evil, it's the LOVE of money...1 Tim 6:10
Family can sometimes be the worst . In today's world, you can't trust anyone with your money . Baker needs to do audits bi-weekly with his money .
Ocho one of the dudes who just wants to say something bout anything & don’t make sense can’t take him serious
This is all the time ! Man he can be as annoying as a bad tooth
The LOVE of money is the root of all evil
Preach Ocho!!! $$$=Evil My father in law passed away. While we were at the hospital hoping he could be saved his brother's and sisters were cleaning out his house and building. Made me sick!
Cold world. Prayers for baker.
Family will be the first set of people to hurt you and break your heart.
Jones Jr can’t be mad at the Bears 😂 they gave him more chances than he deserved. HE CANT HOLD ONTO THE BALL!!!
or the playbook!
Money doesn't destroy anything, Jealousy, entitlement and greed does.
people who you trusted the most will do more damage to you emotionally and financially, this happened to me and it sucks. Never partner up with family
At a previous job I worked, I had a co worker tell me that he got some inheritance, maybe 75k. He said the amount of family and friends calling him, asking him for favors, saying they needed help on bills was crazy. He obviously asked them why they needed help now that he had some bread, and not when he didn’t, and some of them straight up quit talking to him. Just goes to show what unc says “money doesn’t change people, it just amplifies who they really are”. I feel for Baker, how could you do that to your own son/brother? Greed is everywhere in this world, even in places real close to you
