Hi Jenn. I received my products (from you) and am excited to start using foils. For the adhesive, have you ever used a silicone glue roller? I have one in my Amazon cart but this video recommends a short nap paint roller. What are your thoughts about the silicone roller?

I don't know if that would work for the application as we need to have a good layer of adhesive applied to the surface. I recommend a low nap roller 1/4" or for smaller areas a nice art wash brush.

I know you use a "Sticky plate" as you call it...what is it for?

It's a foam plate I use over and over to put the foil adhesive on, as I don't like to keep the lid off of the container and also if I want to add water, you don't want to add to the entire jar or put it back into the jar.
