I'm wondering how much damage you lose since you're definitely replacing a bunch of SRS before they actually dealt any damage. And why use spectral leader? It's virtually useless for this build.
On immobile targets, I lose nothing since the SRS definitely pop before they get replaced. On fast-moving targets, if you want to maximize your DPS, you need to watch the counter and stop spinning when it reaches the max number, but this isn't necessary since the build's damage is high enough. The Spectral Leader is used for its 20% action speed aura, which helps the SRS move and pop faster. And there are no better options for this build. That's why I can't wait to see the affliction spectres make a comeback. They would be huge for this build.
