Rajeev sir I'll consider you my guru henceforth, I've been looking for ways to grow and I've watched hundreds of youtube videos regarding the growth aspect of a graphic designer including "The futur" videos, approached multiple people in my current agency but they literally had no clear roadmap also most of the good video content are from foreign countries and not from India and hence those knowledge are not relaible for Indian market but this video sir truly and clearly relatable for Indian designers and I've a faith that if I work this way then most probably I'll become a creative head/director. Thanks a ton for making such videos🙏

True after only 2 months i left my job as graphic designer coz my ego told me to leave to start my own agency and i struggled so much bcoz i didn't have the proper knowledge of how to manage a a client properly but only agar me job na leave karta to aaj maybe mujhe itna struggle na karna padta. Thank you for this video such an eye opener.
