Food looked really Good, especially the noodles!! I'm not a fish person, but I really like Shrimp, eh Ming!! The ending of the vid, when You Two were eating the noodles together, it was something right out of an old disney movie, "Lady and the Tramp" when those two were eating spaghetti!!😅

I remember the noodle being round instead of flat in my area in my hometown of liangjian fuzhou. The rounded version tastes way better than the flat peanut buttery version.

peannut sauce is made with soy sauce, a fujian wine(similar to shaoxing wine), sugar, peanut butter, sugar, and fragrance oil

that's not peanut butter sauce, but soy bean paste
There are a couple variations, but most of the fujianese style noodles are made with a mixture of peanut butter, soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc :)

the first spot I know very well It is a disgusting area. If you were there a few years ago after you eaten a good bowl of lamb noodle soup and using their bathroom, I will guarantee you will throw up everything you eaten. It is disgusting. It reminds me of China's restaurant food is good at a hole in a wall place and bathroom will make you lose your appetite.
Flushing is definitely not the home of cheap eats. There is nothing cheap about it. Everything is booming expensive.
