great job, glad you are back, I am playing sims 3 again and having so much fun!
I really am! This build was certainly both challenging and fun to embark on and I'm glad I was able to get back into the swing of things 😊.
Hey Michael. Nice idea with this area.
I noticed that the lots are above the terrain level :x I hope you can fix it in CAW. Also, I have a small thought about the scaling again - the townhouses seem too wide and far too long. I'd make them narrower and shorter, but it's your build, I'm just saying :D I'm looking forward to seeing more.

If you can get your hands on link to the old origin for PC and download it while you still have the EA app you may be able to get eig to work.
You have to have both apps installed on your PC, NOT allow the origin app to update, sign out of the EA app and exit it completely in task manager, then sign into origin and try to open the EIG game in caw. I haven't tried this since I completed my last world, but it did work then so fingers crossed it still works. EA has completely abandoned us players of the older games it seems 😩
I love the wave color palette concept btw, what a beautiful townhouse complex!
