Don’t listen to all that mother advice. You and your little one will get into your own rhythm and it will be wonderful. As soon as they put that little one in your arms you will be totally in love. And don’t be hard on yourself. You’re nine months pregnant! Rest as much as you can. Blessings to you and your husband and family. I love your videos! ( I’m a mom of six and a grandmother of seven ) ❤
Perfect advice Maggie! Unfortunately social media can be really hard on new Moms. Motherhood was here way before Instagram. 😏. And believe it or not mothers everywhere managed to become great moms without it. ❣
Best advice ever!! Every mommy/baby relationship is different and unique. Listen to your body and rest as much as possible right now. Your mommy instincts will kick in everything will be just fine. Sending love to you and Uki *hope I spelled his name right* ❤Mommy of 3❤
Oh sweetie! IT’s hormones! It will pass, you’ll get a burst of energy right before your son arrives and then you’ll be cuddling your beautiful baby! It’s ok to feel this way. There’s always someone out there you can talk to. Can’t wait to see pictures of your new family!
You are a beautiful woman! Wishing you the best with your new arrival. What you feeling is totally normal, you are creating a new life and it takes a lot out of you. Keep up your beautiful creative self. Have a wonderful day.
I've had 2 summer births and 1 winter birth. No matter the weather at the end of the pregnancy I hated everything, I just wanted to eat and sleep. It's totally normal. Also even as a mom of 3 middle schoolers, people still try to give me their advice. Just do what works best for you. Every parent, family, and child is different, you're gonna feel much more at ease once the baby is out and you finally get to meet them!
@@kathygibson881 oh that's very sweet. I am not pregnant right now. But when I was I had 2 summer babies and 1 winter baby. It was hard, but definitely worthwhile.
I have 6 kids and I always felt like knitting, sewing, embroidery, cooking, baking, gardening etc etc. I think when you’re a ‘creator’ nothing can stop you from ‘creating’ lol🤣You are so awesome! You have done so many hard things already in your life!!!
Not sure if you’ll even see this comment but I just had my fourth baby four days ago. The last month of pregnancy was definitely exhausting and I was crying every day. I had no energy and felt useless but now I am just happy as can be and bounced right back. Even though I am still physically recovering, there is a light at the end of the tunnel of getting back to my normal self. You can do this!
You are a sweet, positive soul but the negative feelings can take advantage of us at times. Keep your goals in mind, the best of which is your beautiful baby and becoming a family. Thank you for sharing your time with us. Your knitting is beautiful! ❤❤❤
Kika, you are looking so lovely in your final weeks of pregnancy. Even though my "babies" are now in their 30's, I still remember having similar feelings to what you are having. You are being extremely productive and I'm impressed; I love your lavender cardigan and all of the soft beanies you've created. Hang in there; you are so close to the finish line and soon you will have your new little baby to knit for!
I love when you show your yarn selections. You are such a beautiful woman and the colors look so good with your complexion. How wise you are to go with the flow and then take steps to do what makes you feel better. I lived in Fairbanks Alaska when pregnant with my first child. I know exactly what you meant about long winters and walking around very pregnant. He was born March 4 and it was 60 degrees below zero!! When you hold that little miracle in your arms, this will all become a distant memory. Be kind to yourself.
I'm so sorry, I want to give you a hug 🤗 yes, that sounds like prenancy emotions, frustrations. Cry, shake it off, do something that makes you happy and just know it will pass. I love the finished sweater and the really pretty buttons! Really love all the garments. Can't wait for the next video. sending love, hugs, prayers.
These are all so beautiful!! Everything you are going through is NORMAL and HORMAL fluxes! When your baby is born, you will also go through this! As a creative person, you are much more sensitive to changes! You look beautiful! Your work is beautiful! Praying your baby's birth is smooth and lovely for you!!
You're doing great! You don't feel like it but you are. You will be a great mom and Jukka will be a great dad. You will love them and do what you think is best. Congratulations! Having a child is a crazy ride! Enjoy it as best you can. The days are long! But the years are short.
I want to thank you for keeping it real. Showing that you are not always the super-cheery upbeat person and that it is ok to express your frustrations. Takes the pressure off "perfection".
You should be lying on the couch eating ice-cream! Winter is hopeless and but soon you can sit in the sun with your stroller! Don’t worry about the mother-thing. I promise you are perfectly capable of taking care of your own baby. You’re going to be the best mum ever💖💖💖
You're such a nice and kind person .You've succeded in so many aspects of your life.Imagine how great mum you're gonna be!!!I send you my love and admire.
I understand your passion for colour now - all that snow outside plus the grey skies make me desperate for happy colours about this time every winter! 🇨🇦💗
I recall that it took a month after my daughter was born to feel like I had climbed the hill of the "new normal". There is so much change and demand on yourselves, wishing you the patience in giving yourself some grace and time to get used to the new everything without the pressure to feel like you need to produce content. I believe everyone will still be here and excited to see you again. Best wishes!
Rest, dear, and let yourself live through all emotions you experience right now! Ignore all well-meaning mommy influencers and trust your own instincts. You’ll figure out how to be a mom in no time ♥️
Mother of 6 here …. All I want to say is …. “Yup” lol. Every one of mine were two weeks late. I think I re defined what it is to be cranky and emotional by the end. And I, personally, think it’s good that that roller coaster of emotions and the crankiness and frustrating discomfort comes. It helps get us geared up for what is to come next. Agreed, not fighting the emotions and just letting them be and know that they pass is the best way to navigate it all. I mean, you’re growing an entire other human. Your body is gearing up to deliver that new human and then tend and feed them … it’s the biggest deal ever. It makes perfect sense that that would come with some uncomfortable thoughts and emotions. Our body wants our full attention and has a lot going on … it’s basically very logical to me that that would create some amount of mess within us, you know? I think it’s also good that we sometimes feel overwhelmed because WE CAN’T do this alone !! We shouldn’t fight that feeling but use it to propel us into making strong connections with the people we trust in our lives. To reach out to them and enlist their help. Because we NEED it. It truly does take a village to raise a child. Would you make as much of an effort to build your own village if you felt totally in control and capable all the time? Probably not … I like to thank my brain for making me uncomfortable so that I’ll address what may be needed in my life at that time. I’d just drift along otherwise. Anyhow …. Sending out good energy for whatever you need in that department today ❤
Omg! That shop! Crafters paradise! Be gentle with yourself, sweet lady. Rest if your body tells you, do what makes you happy.❤❤❤ Remember you are loved by many 😘 nb. Nothing looks silly on you atm, you look absolutely gorgeous x
My little boy is four, and the worst thing I did for myself when he was little was listen to mommy bloggers. If I can give you one piece of advice, it's to stop listening to everyone else and just breathe. If you have family that you get on with listen to them but still listen to your gut and your heart. Your knits are stunning and you look great! Happy knitting 💚🧶💚
Hi Kika, I think you look so beautiful, pregnancy looks good on you!! Don’t beat yourself up, I had many “down” days when I was expecting my daughter, I still have them now….years and years later, I just go with the flow, let the feelings out and just let it be….it will pass💕 I love all the things you’ve been knitting….so pretty. I just bought a lovely grass green cardi with white sheep on it but one of the sheep is a black one, it’s modified after the one that Princess Diana wore as she resonated with being the “black sheep” of the royal family. I hope this last month of pregnancy flies by and everything goes beautifully. How about knitting a christening gown for baby? Then you can say you knitted /crocheted not only your wedding gown but the christening gown as well. My mum knitted my daughters gown with matching booties, mittens and bonnet and long cardi to go over everything. I still have the dress but I don’t have the rest 😢 Have a lovely upcoming week, I hear you with the long cold winter, I’m in Canada 🇨🇦 and we just had another fall of snow ⛄️ Take good care of YOU! 🌞🩷 Tina🩷🌞
Wishing you many blessings as you transition to motherhood! It is a beautiful and natural process and May it be exactly what you want it to be! I love everything you design and knit, Kika!!! And your videos are so heartwarming and they always make my soul feel light and happy!!! ♥️🐑♥️🐑♥️
As someone from Tallinn (and coincidentally going through the first time pregancy journey at the same time as you :)), I am so happy to have discovered Karnaluks thanks to you! I have no idea how I haven't found it before. Also, love your videos and I have the absolute same emotions over the long grey winter.
I deleted my Instagram account 3 months ago and I noticed my levels of anxiety went down so much! Sometimes seeing all the media online is very overwhelming and I totally agree! I am a young mother of three children, advice is great sometimes but also can be very unnecessary! I remember when I was pregnant for the first time and the pressure of all the changes happening before and after the birth of my baby was a lot in itself. But rest assured everything will be okay, never feel afraid to ask for help when you are tired or need a break!
Being self employed pregnant and hormonal its a lot of pressure. But totally normal to feel overwhelmed. And its good to cry let it all out. And nearing the end of your pregnancy its exhausting. But when you see your beautiful baby it will be worth every ache pain you went through. Its a wonderful time in your life. Treasure it.
It's been pretty cool watching you move through your pregnancy (the highs and lows) while I am also expecting my first (I'm 37+3). So much of what you said in this video resonates with me so much. My energy has crashed, yet I have work things I want/need to get done. I've also just stopped watching Reels on Instagram because I just could not handle all the overwhelming advice. We got this, lady!!
It's okay to feel the way you feel. You are amazing and have done a lot of things while growing a life. All the questions that have been circling around in your head will go away when you find your rhythm after the baby gets here. Remember all things in life are much like the knitting you are so talented making. One stitch at a time, one step at a time. Some days you might have to rip a little back and try again such is life. Time out for everything can make things clearer. You got this and you will be a great mom.
It is normal to feel like that! Listen to your body and do exactly what you feel like doing. You don’t need to explain or justify how you feel. You look amazing! I love watching your videos.
9:54 Perfectly normal and it helps too to share! Being a mother I got nervous (😬) watching you walk on areas that looked like had slippery patches. Be careful 😊
Perhaps it's age; as I've gotten older, I realized it's okay to shut off all the noise. The trick is getting the brain to agree with the decision so that it stops going a thousand miles a minute. The bright yarn colors you chose are terrific. Look forward to seeing what design you come up with. Love the shop in Tallin - wow, just the buttons!
You look great. Don’t worry about the off days. It is an emotional roller coaster during pregnancy. Just focus on you and your beautiful baby, that will be here before you know it. I love watching your vlog and you have inspired me to knit sweaters . Thank you for all your inspiration.
You look beautiful and it will get better. You are almost to the end of pregnancy and you will have a beautiful baby. Good luck with all of it!! Can't wait to see the baby.
Listen to your body & enjoy these last few weeks resting & caring for yourself before the arrival of baby. Once baby arrives they will guide you. Blessings to you & your family ❤️
I love the sweaters and cardigan's and hats you have designed. Also the colours you are choosing for the knits are great. The low mood you experienced is hormonal and happens during your pregnancy. Be kind to yourself now and after baby is born. Heippa ❤😊
Kika, I am so glad that you took the time to have a proper pity party for yourself. That is something we should all have learned as children, but then was discouraged by adults. How much happier you became the next two days was obvious. You literally lit up the camera. Funny, you should mention both your Stay Up Til Dawn Sweater and hand dyed yarn, as I have just cast on this beautiful marbled blueish green and black for this pattern. I am not a fast knitter (I've already restarted this project three times from scratch 😂) but when it's done I will tag you. Look for it when this little one turns two. 😂 I love your videos, whether you are having a good day or not. You are that shining light that makes me want to be better.❤
You are allowed to take a “day off” and just be . A walk in nature is exactly what you needed too. Your instincts are bang on. You don’t need advice. That’s what our mom’s are for!
The pink bubble sweater is gorgeous. The only baby advice I give out is enjoy and snuggle your baby as much as you want! They are babies for such a short time. ♥️
Your honesty is so encouraging I'm sure to many mothers to be! Keeping it real! I love the jumper you have knitted, the colour is so pretty and Tallin looks a stunning city! X
Awww Kika! I feel you! You are doing exactly what you should be doing, ignore everything else. You're building a whole human!! You're doing a great job Mama! xoxo
Just do what you want and feel like doing and if that is nothing at all then that’s ok. You’re about to give birth, conserve your energy and just breathe, you’re doing brilliantly, your body is telling you what it wants so just listen. My kids are now adults but the best advice I can give is to do what you and husband feel is right and take a break from videos on social media! Wishing you all the best over the coming weeks, it’s such a special time so relax and focus on yourselves ❤
A motherly advice that will hopefully be helpful and not stressful: Knit yourself a cardigan with no mohair/long haired fibers in it. In the first many months of your babys life everything that “sheds” will be so annoying since the “fluff” ends up everywhere! In the babys mouth, eyes, under the chin, caught in it’s little moist hands and for as long as you may choose to baby-wear or brestfeed or just in general hold the baby very close to you, the mohair can be such a cause of frustration. Furthermore, most babies spit up all over you and the fewer must-be-handwashed items you have, the easier your life will be 😅 The same goes for babyknits. Would definitely recommend to stick to the trusty old baby merino for all babyknits. No shedding, no irritation of the skin, and the superwash versions are so easy to maintain ❤ soft sock yarns are also very practical for pants when they start to crawl since the reinforcement of the material lengthens the lifespan 🧶🚼 Wish you the best with the birth, the transition into motherhood and everything else :-) from a danish “next door neighbour” and fellow mama - you’ve got this! 💪🏽
Awww so much pressure on our bodies when pregnant. Moody and all that!! Definitely do your big cries, and then go look at all the beautiful things you’ve made talk to them, pet them, and say hi!!! You’re also a highly creative, beautiful woman and this is such a big change on your body so love where you are at the moment and go sit around some beautiful yarn. Listen to some music and you look really wonderful go and be you! Wishing you the very best with the delivery 🌸🦋Amy
Kika, thank you for being brave and sharing your low points as well as your dominant cheerfulness. Nothing wrong at all with a good pity party. I had 3 children and remember very well the final month of pregnancy and feeling very impatient and irritable most of the time. I learned to not push myself too hard, be mindful of your tender soul, the amazing process happening inside you as you grow your baby. I found that talking with a pregnant friend or two really helps. Try to love and give gentleness to yourself, just as you will give love and gentleness to your little baby very soon. You are competent deserving and beautiful inside and out and the next chapter will begin very soon. You've got this.
As many others said, it is impressive that you are still working, moving and creating this far along in your pregnancy! At that point I was exhausted, sleeping most of the day everyday 😅 pregnancy is so hard… I’m now three months postpartum and these months have been a breeze compared to pregnancy!!! And I too felt bad watching all those videos, especially those saying “just wait until the baby is born”… my experience now feels SO distant from everything they depicted… I thought I would be miserable all the time, instead I couldn’t be happier with my baby!!! Sending you good vibes for the birth ❤ P.S. I just signed up to be a test knitter! 😍
You’re gonna be great! Have been watching for 6 months and you have all the intuition you need to welcome your little one into the world! Don’t worry! God gave you everything you could need to care for him! I said a prayer for you just now. Hugs! ❤️❤️
This too shall pass- hormones are our mental roller coaster. Babe in arms will erase all the negativity, a gentle rhythm will begin. I’m a mother of three grown sons and life is so sweet . You are a beautiful lady and momma to be. The first gaze into your baby boys face will say all is well. I have enjoyed following your videos- be kind to yourself. Sending you love. Congratulations ❤
You are busy! Enjoy your day and take a deep breath. If you are used to following a calendar, give it a rest for a day. Lots of love and enjoy the day, the snow, the fresh air! Hugs!❤
Kika, I thank you for showing your not so good days instead of just editing it out or not filming on those days because it helps me remember that it’s okay. I wish you and your budding little family all the happiness in the world! 🌸
Your baby is yours!!! Mothers are all different and do things differently. We are all different. Your way will be the right way for your family! As a mom of 14.12, and 8 the social media mom world is so stressful, did I do it good enough 😨. I just have to let it go! Your going to be wonderful and your way will be perfect for you your baby❤❤❤❤❤
Seeing Juki's studio with all the backpacks on the wall made me wonder: Do you think Juki could design and make a baby carrier back pack for the baby? That would be so cool! Some of my first memories are of being on my dad's back hiking through the mountains. Also your emotions are completely valid! They're valid all the time, and whatever you need to do to make yourself feel better is also valid. I hope all is well and I can't wait for you and Juki to meet the baby!
Motherhood is a great challenge & at the same time the biggest bucket of happiness. Just keep in mind all the best things in our life comes from challenge! Wish you the best of luck! ☘☘☘
My grand mother has 24 children , and she told me one thing only, when i did have my first child! “ I AM THE MOTHER and the mother knows best about her child! And , I have to give myself the time to know my child! They are little only for a little while for only one reason, to enjoyed every moment ! Stay healthy and you got it! All will come to you in due time! And it will be glorious and wonderful , even if laundry not finished and some dishes is in the sink! 😊❤
Dear Veronika❤ hoping you are smiling and resting more)) Everything you do is the best for your little baby and you are the best mother for him! Sending you tonnes of love ❤❤❤
If you feel like taking a day off just do it. Don’t worry about all the baby info. When baby is born just go by your instinct and your own routine. You’ll make a great job of it. Love all the projects and that shop my goodness I would have spent longer than an hour. ❤😂😊
Thank you for sharing your pregnancy journey. You are so lovely and will be a wonderful mom! Social media is a rabbit hole you need to steer clear of. We tend to hold on to the feeling that we should be doing what everyone else seems to be doing and that breeds so much negativity that is harmful. Trust your instincts. They will guide you. Blessings on you and your sweet little family. And thank you for all of your beautiful and inspiring work. I am about to make your salty days sweater. Just trying to decide on the yarn. Can’t wait!
So sweet to see you be so honest about how overwhelmed you are at times and then how excited you are about your knitting. You are lovely and your baby is so lucky to have you for his mom!
Trust your instincts, let them be your guide…you got this! Wishing you all the best with the birth of your baby boy, enjoy every minute as the time goes so very quickly ❤️
Give yourself a break on the mom thing you're growing a whole other human! Its normal to be tired and overwhelmed. Beside youll be a darling mother ❤❤❤
Hello from the Boston Massachusetts USA area! I’m so glad you felt better by the end of your blog! You look radiant! 💕. I think of you often, wondering how you are doing. I enjoy your vlogs and the knitting inspiration. Love your designs. I can’t wait to see the new baby soon. Best wishes with delivery. Take good care of yourself.
Have your pity party! You’ve earned it! I’m amazed at all you continue to accomplish while creating that precious life inside you. You’re an inspiration to all of us! And … love the buttons!
I am sending some hugs to you and some encouragement that you are going to be the best mama. ❤ I'm so sorry about your blue day, it won't be much longer now that you'll have that beautiful baby in your arms. You're just the sweetest, most adorable gal. I love your videos and you look so CUTE as a pregnant mama. 💐 And spring is on the way!!! 🌷 Hugs and kisses!
This is normal, and it’s okay to have a cry. Winter time is so depressing even with the snow looking so beautiful. Listen to your body and take things easy. 💕
Thanks a lot for your very inspiring podcast. Every time I watch one of your videos, itˋs like little sunny gift, which brightens every day. Thank you very much! Enjoy the last weeks, take as many breaks as you need and trust in your selfpower. All the best for the D day- a nice idea to take some knitting projects with you. I love to think back of the day when I and my husband gave birth to our wonderful son. May all the warmest light and energy be with you, Angela 🪻
Give yourself a break you are almost at full term. Do whatever feels right for you and don't be too hard on yourself. All will be well once you have worked through the down energy time. Just think how you will feel when your longed for baby arrives
Just found your channel and subscribed what a lovely girl you are, it’s so normal to feel overwhelmed near the end of your pregnancy, do one tiny thing to let yourself know you are still moving forward but just give yourself some peace and quiet to chill will all come good love the vid xxx
Greetings from Greece! If I were to live such long winters and be pregnant on top, I' be crying my eyes out as well! How much can a person take? Chin up, we love you!
Stop listening advice on social media . Just listen to your intuition . I have three children and every time it was completely different case 😊 You going to be great mom , enjoy as much as you can . Ignore the house mess , make sure to enjoy every moment of motherhood because they grow up as soon as the blink of an eye 😘
Really enjoy your posts and your positivity. You will have a few days now and than where you feel overwhelmed, and that is totally natural. Don't be hard on yourself! Just listen what your body is telling you. If you don't feel able to do something, then don't try to push yourself too hard. You have such an exciting time ahead of you and I wish you and your husband all the very best.
absolutely love watching your videos. you'll get through the hard times. hope you can soak up your positive energy just like me when I watch you talk about things you're excited about! 💐
I appreciate you sharing the times when you are not feeling 100 percent happy and positive - it is normal to feel down once in a while and you are allowed to do that! Please don't let the social media advice make you anxious - you are going to be an amazing mom, and this little boy is so lucky to have such creative and loving parents! You have such a lovely smile and attitude towards life - and you are so productive - even at almost 9 months pregnant! Give yourself the grace I know you would give to a friend!
The best advice to new moms is not listening to those videos/ Instagram. It's always overwhelming at first but You do You and it will all be good!! Your doing a fantastic job and baby boy will be in your arms soon!
Wishing you so many blessings with the adjustment of being a family and balancing both of your work schedules. Everyday is a new day and you will make it work. I enjoy every podcast and get so excited when there is a new episode. You are such a lovely, sweet lady ❤❤
As always a charming time with lots of joy and energy. Everyone of us has down days, so feel embraced and take your time. You will be a loving mother and you two great parents. 🥰
It’s totally ok to be tired at almost 9 months! As for mother advices, take some and leave some. You’ll figure out what works for you and baby. I had my son in November and whenever I felt like going for a walk and carrying him I found the Kokoala coat extension which allowed me to wear my pre-pregnancy coat during and after pregnancy. They are made here in Montreal and can be used by both parents (you just have to get the zipper that fits with your coat). I don’t know if they ship to Finland though.
Hi Kika, I am so happy to have found your knitting webpage and "you tube" site ( I read about you in the New York Times!). I live in France but I am English. Your knitting is beautiful and I thank you so much for your inspiring, kind, and friendly vlogs. I am about to start on a jumper ( I bought your book(eBook version) and your tutorials gave me the confidence to start knitting again after a long break. And what wonderful new wools there are available, too. So I have three children and I always used to knit for them when they were young: they are now teenagers ( well, the last one is nearly 11) and I used to knit while she played around me, it was fun. I am not sure about knitting while in labour, but if you can do it (up to a certain point at least) then why not! I look forward to your vlog news and wish you the most wonderful of times as your new life of motherhood arrives. Again, thank you! Marie
I love watching your videos, don’t be hard on yourself, you will have mood swings and feel low on energy, it’s only natural but it will be worth it, once you have your beautiful baby. I look forward to seeing your next video and what ideas you have buzzing around your head x
I’ll add to all the supportive pregnancy comments to say it’ll be the same when you get near menopause…people seem to feel free to offer whatever comments they want. After two older women said to me, “oh you haven’t seen anything yet” I stopped talking about menopause because I just wanted to stay real in myself and my own experience…and it was no big deal! All best wishes to you!!😂😂😂. You’re the expert of YOUR life.
You sound like a darling soon to be mother. Mother Nature is preparing you. I love the way you go off on your healthy walks to town, in Britain we’d make it an excuse to just unhealthily curl up indoors. ❤ Thank you for talking everything knitting and taking us shopping in your wonderful stores. ❤🇬🇧
so glad you were feeling better some times those days just happen so left them be and know that it will pass. Love your patterns I would love to be a test knitter am not real experienced knitter but do like to try new patterns love all your hats 😊 your sweaters are so pretty. Thank you for sharing

This! The best advice. You'll find what works for you and your baby. Hugs! - Kimberly
Yes!! All so true. 😊
Great advice ❤
Perfect advice Maggie! Unfortunately social media can be really hard on new Moms. Motherhood was here way before Instagram. 😏. And believe it or not mothers everywhere managed to become great moms without it. ❣
Best advice ever!! Every mommy/baby relationship is different and unique. Listen to your body and rest as much as possible right now. Your mommy instincts will kick in everything will be just fine. Sending love to you and Uki *hope I spelled his name right* ❤Mommy of 3❤
From one old Mom, to a new Mom, ladies be good to yourselves. You. Are. Beautiful. You, matter. 😊
The pink bobblelicious jumper looks perfect as a materity jumper in that size
I've had 2 summer births and 1 winter birth. No matter the weather at the end of the pregnancy I hated everything, I just wanted to eat and sleep. It's totally normal. Also even as a mom of 3 middle schoolers, people still try to give me their advice. Just do what works best for you. Every parent, family, and child is different, you're gonna feel much more at ease once the baby is out and you finally get to meet them!
Awwww I can totally relate to your mood. I’m sorry pray u will feel better later. But definitely your pregnancy & it’s totally okay. ❤️
Congratulations on your families newest addition!! Hoping you get plenty of rest and newborn snuggles 🥰
You are kind, giving, intelligent and remember that you are loved that’s all that matters. 🥰
I still have the dress but I don’t have the rest 😢
Have a lovely upcoming week, I hear you with the long cold winter, I’m in Canada 🇨🇦 and we just had another fall of snow ⛄️
Take good care of YOU!
We’ve got this 🥰😍💕💕
It's okay to feel the way you feel.
Omg karnaluks is my absolute favorite place 😍💜
And hi from Estonia 😁
Listen to your body & enjoy these last few weeks resting & caring for yourself before the arrival of baby. Once baby arrives they will guide you. Blessings to you & your family ❤️
Relax. It will be fine. Stress is not good for you. It is normal to have bad days. Tomorrow will come and you can start again. God bless you
I love the sweaters and cardigan's and hats you have designed. Also the colours you are choosing for the knits are great. The low mood you experienced is hormonal and happens during your pregnancy. Be kind to yourself now and after baby is born. Heippa ❤😊
Tune everything out. Be in a quiet space . Just be. With your baby. Nothing more. ❤❤❤
A motherly advice that will hopefully be helpful and not stressful:
Knit yourself a cardigan with no mohair/long haired fibers in it.
Furthermore, most babies spit up all over you and the fewer must-be-handwashed items you have, the easier your life will be 😅
The same goes for babyknits. Would definitely recommend to stick to the trusty old baby merino for all babyknits. No shedding, no irritation of the skin, and the superwash versions are so easy to maintain ❤ soft sock yarns are also very practical for pants when they start to crawl since the reinforcement of the material lengthens the lifespan 🧶🚼
Wish you the best with the birth, the transition into motherhood and everything else :-) from a danish “next door neighbour” and fellow mama - you’ve got this! 💪🏽
I love that you opened the door with a sleeve missing and I also love the fact that you are such a crafty couple ❤. I wish you the best ☺☺
This looks so nice, the button wall was great!
Wishing you, as always, all the best for the rest of your pregnancy, labour and delivery!
Sending you good vibes for the birth ❤
Pregnancy is a roller coaster. Please enjoy it all. Kind of prepares you for parenting. Hugs to your family.
OMG!!!!!! What a wonderful place! A dream come true for a knitter!❤❤❤
Tallinn! Johnny Vasquez!! Yarn, Estonian lace! One of my dream vacations
Trust your instincts, let them be your guide…you got this! Wishing you all the best with the birth of your baby boy, enjoy every minute as the time goes so very quickly ❤️
I've enjoyed watching your baby progress. All of us moms can so relate. Plus my youngest is 40 and it is fun to watch the changes over the years.
Take time for yourself and rest. Love your channel and see what you are making. Keep safe.
Kika, it’s all normal!! Hugs and good luck ❤
Your joy is so infectious! I love your positive outlook; its inspirational to me
Stop listening advice on social media . Just listen to your intuition . I have three children and every time it was completely different case 😊 You going to be great mom , enjoy as much as you can . Ignore the house mess , make sure to enjoy every moment of motherhood because they grow up as soon as the blink of an eye 😘
Your husband will need to start designing baby carriers that you wear! I am sure it would be successful, his work looks amazing!
Rest! Your body is getting ready for a big day. I just found your channel and loving it. Thank you!
You are growing a whole human and I think you're doing amazing! Also, I love pink! Keep rolling with it!
Tallinn is the hometown of my mother. So nice to see you visit Estonia.
