Hello. Our grandson is now 10 months old. What has help plenty, is a teething necklace. It doesn't really help with the pain, as for as we know, but it really helps with the drooling.

He's wonderful! No worries developmentally. At his age, if he does seem to be a few weeks behind, studies show the milestones are really best measured considering the difference in gestational age, but he looks perfectly age-appropriate in the video. He has so much character and is so interested, engaged, and sweet. And he has two loving parents who are also completely engaged and loving! He's ready to take on the world! On mestari! Bravo, Leo, ja bravo, Cat ja Dave!

Talking about struggle.. Max hours we get is the first three hours. After that it's every one or two hours our 1month boy needs to be fed.. And that is a picture of a really good night for us! So your situation waking up one or two times the whole night is luxury!

@@CatCadwallader Hahahaha well Grandpa Leo is adorable either way! I don't think we even have pants like that in the States! Seems like babies here (mine included) mostly live in footed pajamas. Come to think of it, I don't think I've seen Leo in any of those. Do you not have them there?

Vad söt han är! Verkar vara en lite jobbig fas på gång, men kom ihåg att det bara är tillfälligt, snart sover han bättre och trivs för sig själv längre stunder. Och det är konstigt hur man orkar fastän man sovit helt för lite, det är den där moderskärleken, den är så otroligt stark. 💗 Skulle gärna också höra hur föräldraskapet förändrat dig och om du är annorlunda än du trodde du skulle vara.

He will keep changing because of what his brain want. And when they start trying food life get harder. Mine loved blackpudding ( bloodpudding) and lingon, mushed frozen lingon and mushed frozen banana ( helps with teething).
Cool! I'll have to try some lingonberries!🤗
@@CatCadwallader I dont know how it in Finland but in Sweden they said you microwave bloopudding and then purea it and give them ½ teaspoon with lingon and good for their iron uptake. Mine is 8 now and things change but ask Leos nurse.
Cat Peterson My son got constipated when I gave him banana as a baby so be careful with it. He loved bilberries, they are little messy to eat though.
Try to go to sleep at 8 p.m. at the same time as him so you get the same 5h! Take naps during the day as well. You are both so sweet!
I've tried, I just can't fall asleep that early but I do try to aim for 9 or 9.30 😅👍🏼👍🏼

Han är stor trots att han föddes lite för tidigt! 😀 Vår dotter som föddes på vecka 40+3 var 7,5kg och 67 cm när hon var 5,5 månader. Så roligt att se honom och få en uppdatering. Det är så galet hur fort tiden går under första året och snabbt de växer. 🧡 Ps. Han är en kopia av Dave. Är du säker på att ni inte bara kört copy-paste mellan Dave och Leo?
Han e definitivt ovanligt stor med tanke på när han föddes!😅👍🏼 Sen lär ju pojkar vara lite större än flickor, vi träffa faktiskt just en 7 månader gammal flicka som vägde två kilo mindre än Leo 😅😅 Haha det är så roligt att alla tycker han liknar Dave så mycket för jag har så svårt att se de själv 😂🤭🤭

Oh, the first year for me was the hardest 🤪 Everything completely changed when my son went to dagis, he was about 1 year old. Now my son is 2 and it’s getting easier and easier. He doesn’t sleep during the day but he almost never slept during day when he was a newborn too.
We're struggling to make the naps work as well!😅 Seems to only sleep well on the balcony in the pram 🤷🏼♀️😅
So cute ❤️ although I have to say, that unpredictability with naps and stuff only increased in our case 🤦🏼♀️ hopefully little Leo will remain as happy 😊

Aww, He talks so much, soon comes mum, dad... About his sleep,Sounds like teeting, mummy fuzzy...becourse the sleep also changes then... My advice is, get a tootbrush, I have pics in my baby album of my both kids in babysitter, biting on toothbrush... both was 3-4 month when got their first teeth, I was earlly too and it was on side, not front teeth like normal.. Tootbrush is good have earlly, and so easy start using it for brushing... And check on sides too, every kid doesnt get them in front as first ones... You can see little white or feel, whit finger, little sharp like tiny needle.. Then you know, there comes a tooth... But this age is so lovelly, now it starts happen things... I really hope those controls you normal goes to weight and stuff would tell this...and not follow how it should be, every kid is their own way... 😊
