After my personal experience I tell you nothing is gonna help you especially for acne... if you eating any fried stuff I mean ( oily cooked things ) stop them and any meat or bbq 🍗 chicken anything plz stop and eat vegetable salad and fruit believe me you will see result .. I live in uk i have been through all best and free dermatologist in our hospitals nothing helps even I share with them I Personl experience and am fine .. and these dermatologist don’t tell you these things whatever I tell you I don’t know why ?? Anyone wants to know more let me know ???
