    Speaking of retinoids, can you do an updated list of retinoids you have been loving ❤️ ?

    • @ladysoliman1147
      @ladysoliman1147 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Agreed. How about “summertime” retinoids, for when you scale back (if you’re scaling back). Also, using retin-a, that’s my personal top choice.

    If you are sensitive isn’t it better to avoid essential oils? Have you tried to go fragrance free for a while ever? Have you seen a difference? For me it made a huge difference that I didn’t even know I needed! It’s crazy!

    • @shelby6
      @shelby6 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If formulated correctly essential oils may be very beneficial for the skin even those who are sensitive. Essentially it all comes down to which compounds in certain essential oils you may react to. You may react to Tea Tree oil but do not react to Rose oil 🧘🏼‍♀️

      Hi, have you watched Dr. V's channel? She just released a face hyperpigmentation kit with 10 inhibitors. She explains than when one has tried other creams and it hasn't worked is because the skin needs to be treated in multiple ways to see results. I have heard Dr. Alexis said the same. I still need to try others things like alpha urbitin, but if they don't work I'll probably get her kit.
