Fredericksburg, TX: A Very Texan (and German) Christmas! ☃️

Just some sights and sounds from our recent jaunt to the quant German-influenced Texas town of Fredericksburg during the holidays. We start out at our Harvest Host site in the morning, which was a real surprise. It is called the Enchanted Ranch and is about 7 miles outside of town on the way to Enchanted Rock Park. I stayed for a while even though it was raining to shop in their gift store (its adorable and they even had bunny-themed stuff!) and to watch them work in their glass blowing studio. Very cool. Then it was off to downtown Fredericksburg where we did some more shopping, LOTS of taste testing at the hot sauce place, drank some coffee to stay warm, and just took in the sites. It was a wonderful time and I'll be back! :)
