That's not the catalytic converter. You just done a muffler "breadbox" delete. The catalytic converter is built into the pipe just after the O2 sensor. Just an fyi
@@JRDNGIXX if you leave it you don’t need a Dyno tuning just an ECU flush to open all limitations. If you do a full exhaust then it’s recommended a dyno with a power commander to control air flow and fuel consumption and improves the performance, plus HP gain!
@@NettoZ900 Hi there, Im sorry this might be a dumb question- if i just cut the breadbox and leave the catalytic converter just like what he did in the video would that cause the check engine light to come on? is ECU flush necessary when removing the breadbox? Thanks.
@@kamr9922 You don’t necessarily need an ECU flash, but I’d recommend it because it opens up all limitations on your bike’s performance. Also, eliminating only the breadbox and keeping the original cat with the O2 sensor does not affect either the performance of the bike and no engine light will appear, as you can visit my channel and check out one of my last riding videos no engine light is on, all the best bud!
