Its like watching the autopsy of a tree who's body lived on, long after it died of heart rot.
It's possible you looked death in the face and survived. Wood not worth that.

Lots of epoxy will make some beautiful top plates.
I don't know how you made it through the last cut. Nothing supporting the top half of the log.
Looks like a very old tree but the wood looks real bad to make anything out of it .😢
