If you're overseas, I think there may be a way for you to join virtually (certainly if you're presenting). I'd definitely encourage you to participate in as many academic conferences as possible.
You might want to make sure with the organizers for their official stance, but according to the information that was provided, it seems they would like you to blend BTS/ARMY/HYBE and ESG, SDGs and/or stakeholder perspectives. It’s meant to fit in with the overall conference theme of ESG. Hope this helps!
Hi! The abstract length to be considered for presenting at the conference should be between 200-300 words, while the extended abstract is between 5-8 pages. If you want to be considered for any of the Best Paper awards, you should submit an extended abstract. Hope this helps!

My understanding is you have to be a registered student at a university (undergraduate or graduate) to be eligible for the Best Student Paper, but I'm not sure if this applies to everyone who wants to submit an abstract for the main conference. ^^
