I tried doing that cancel glitch to throw the spears fast but it was too hard and inconsistent. My fingers didnt cooperate. I need to build a macro to do it for me lol

And spamming scorched earth.
Actually you can cheese everything with Spear build elemental throwing + detonating glyphs.
