I've never heard of Goldfrapp before until GTA IV and now I've discovered more songs thanks to Google play. And I believe I've fallen in love with Alison.
Heck yea I discovered "ride a white horse" from need for speed underground, and now I love goldfrapp, every song is great, although I dont care for "twist"
I have Google play access and I listen to her albums... A lot! I feel weird looking her music but it's really cool when driving or working. It pumps me up
for me, its less about liking her new direction and more about respecting the real effort and non-halfassness of her endeavor. Its awesome someone as deep as she was on felt mountain can decide to go pop. we need more people in music (and this world) that can imagine and produce across genre lines. even eccentricities, if one sided, becomes stale.

Talking Felt Mountain days. England showed them love though. And you can't deny Allison and Will are the REAL THING.
goldfrapp is at their best with spacey, slow burning, siren songs. I don't like this new album (besides this song)...I wish they go back to their Felt Mountain days...what a classic that album was...
Am I the only one who understood (now i know the real lyrics :D) in the hook: "Holy passion that you have" "Tonight, Behind, Fuck you" I never paid attention to the text and only heard "behind, fuck you" , that's why thought it would be about sex -.-!! But noooo I was sooooo wrong xD!!!

There are some of us who 'understand' and 'appreciate' all of their efforts. People who simply want more of the same are not real fans.
