Maple and Rengas are such a wonderful combination.
Seeing the pattern develope as you added each level is fascinating.
The shavings that came off as you were working were incredible.
The finish just brought everything together and breathed life into the piece

The precision of the workmanship and the creativity are superb howeverr the design was ruined by affixing the logo on the back of the article. It simply ruined the creative design wth its mirror image on both the front and the back. Without the logo it can be displayed superbly both ways.

My Daddy has a CNC machine, and he can make one in about an hour. Lol
Your daddy has no skills; it's the machine that does everything. Mayuko does all the calculations by himself, that's why he is SKILLED. Your can't rely on machines forever. Your daddy'd be lost if power went out forever. Mayuko would merely be inconvenienced.
Just because a machine can do what people do doesn't mean the person using the machine is skilled. It's the complete oposite. They're so useless they need training wheels for the rest of their lives.
