🔧Solax Transformer - How to tighten the adjustable tiller

I have a question about how to fix the clamp on the clamp that extends the steering wheel. Mine will not hold. I have not found a video on how to repair this part. Kelli. This is the clamp directly above the tiller where you are working in this video.
