An interview with Mr. Tsvetan Tsvetanov - the manager of the company “Old River - Forest Products” in Bulgaria, produced for the training course under the project TeaWay - “Promoting Tea as the Engine of Growth for the Black Sea Basin Area” with the support of JOP”Black Sea Basin 2014-2020”.
During the interview Mr. Tsanev shares the company’s experience on the production, packaging and marketing nettles as a fresh and a dry product for cookery and for tea.
