@@CBDabbs with this unit the basket is auto raised and lowered from the oil so the employees don't have direct contact with the oil pot. It's also one of the easiest units to take apart and clean at the end of shift. We have heard from Operators that the in/out shoots of the Autofry make the unit harder to operate and clean. We had a chain recently switch to our units from the Perfect Fry due to durability and have experienced a lot of success.
