Props for figuring out how to handle the latency between these guys. Last time I watched this show they kept interrupting each other, not understanding that there’s a lag unlike commentating in-person. Way more watchable lol
If im a veteran, especially guys who haven't seen a playoff check yet, if you're in the building, you have to make a change. They are looking for improvement. Consistency. Not many 22 year Old can lead grown men. We aren't in the building, watching practice, etc. I'm glad they made the move. Hindsight is 20/20. I feel for the kid, but the stats don't lie. #5 is abysmal. I hope he really takes this as a lesson, hit the film, and really prove that he's worthy of a roster spot

If Flacco was the QB against the Texans, we would have been tied with them right now for the division lead. Sucks that it was this late that AR was benched.
@@heismanth1 AR couldnt read the defence. Flacco knows how to read the defence, and gets the ball out quick. Texans knows blitzing AR wouldnt do them any harm because dude cant throw... hahaha dont be a cry baby. hahahahahahahah
First, I'm not a Colts fan. I personally don't have an issue with AR taking himself out of the game. RB's and WR's take breather too. What I have an issue with is all the love AR received before and after the draft. The man had no body of work to merit the 3rd pick. He's a run first, pass second in a pass centric league. Since high school his passing percentage has been in the 50's. That's against high school defenses! I just can't see AR developing into a better passer in this league. Teams do not give rookie QB's the chance to develop like they did when I started watching the NFL. This is a results now league. Look no further than Carolina. Talk is they'll draft another QB. The Jets through Zach Wilson into the fire, a guy that again had a small body of work who, like AR, wowed the masses with a combine performance. I don't claim to be an expert but I have followed the NFL for about 56 years but rarely have I seen a QB that lacked the passing skills that AR possesses and be given the starting assignment outright.
I really don’t think the Colts are giving up on Richardson. I really don’t. Steichen should have done a better job calling plays. Not every play is a go route. Flacco has the higher floor, but he doesn’t get you anything beyond this year. I think the coach and GM are trying to save their jobs.
@@tommcnally3646 He shouldn't have been drafted. 58 QBR last time I checked. He was drafted on combine performance. Definitely not by college performance in 13 starts in Florida.
If u watched the games this year the defense is trash receivers dropping passes but AR is the blame, how about the play calling every pass in the first half was deep Oline ain't blocking & we ain't playing for a Superbowl with Joe or ant... We're 4-4 loss each game by less than a touchdown, what a way to ruin a guy & not hold the entire team accountable..🤦
As a colts fan, I believe the conversation that needs to happen is, Irsays daughter taking taking reins, it's still Jim's team he will always will be, it's time
AR is a more athletic version of Jacoby Brisset. Colts have obligation to the other players and the fans....Joe is clearly better right now at playing QB and gives the best chance to win now.
@@greenninja8709 right like he’s already played against good defensive lines this season he actually knows how to get it out of his hand before 8 seconds.
The biggest difference between Flacco and AR is the presnap. AR can't read defenses very well. (He's extremely young, so no surprise there) Meanwhile, Flacco does it extremely well. Both Pittsburgh and Tennessee blitzed Flacco and it didn't matter, because Flacco saw it coming and got it out quickly.

It's sad seeing a team slowly become the laughing stock of the NFL. Watching Manning, Saturday, Wayne, Harrison, Mathis, Freeney and more greats was incredible. Not to mention the great coaches and front office.
@roccobovenzi7018 well maybe it's just me. The teams we beat are nothing special and the wins were unimpressive. The organization has been embarrassing ever since Manning was cut.
I love Coach Dungy and to us who grew up in that era he’s basically a god to us - but I think he’s being a bit of a hater right now. Coach wasn’t there when Peyton was a rookie, he had the more fine tuned version 😂, and well Rodney Harrison, he’s just bringing the fake testosterone commentator take. F all that.
It’s not about whether Flacco or AR has the best chance to win. It’s about developing your young QB so you actually have a QB next year and for the next 10 years. What a clown show joke of a franchise.
Joes going to get smashed hes also going to drop the rating and rank of our#1 oline also this gets us nothing but a bad draft spot, the defence or atleast its play caller or dline coach is not ready for a playoff run and for Rodney and Dungy not to see that is crazy like the media owns them and can make them say whatever fits there nerrative...
@@dannypike7902We still narrowly beat bad teams with Flacco as the QB. The small amount of upside to playing him will not translate when it comes to playing elite teams. The defense is dog water. If you e wat he'd AR and think he is anything other than absolute bust, I question if you know the game There are elit plays mixed in there, but not close on the consistency....and the out of shape and missed games add into that along with being entitled and what is looking like not too smart
Good to hear your take on it Coach. As a Colt’s fan we value the opinion. Thanks Coach Dungy for all you did for us
Richardson should have stayed in college and taken the offer to transferred to Georgia. He would be a better pro for it.

Flacco can get the ball out of his hands quicker. Can make check downs, so I DISAGREE FELLA.
Flacco won’t draw 7-8 in the box. He’ll be respected more than AR.

44% completion rate, immature, fumbles, ints, should never have been taken 4th overall
Drops ???? No a lot of those passes people calling drops are late throws and the defense met recievers at the catch point those aren’t drops
Don't blame the receivers. They played better with FLACCO in the game. Richardson has a 58 QBR. 😂
