About this asking for help, don’t be fooled by this as I have suffer’d 15 yrs with a panic disorder according to psychologists then my recent diagnosis of FND diagnosed by a neurologist yet still there is no proper help within the NHS, or your told there’s nothing in my area, and the only thing u get is 8x 45min sessions of psychology yet it get put in your records as 8wks of psychology which it ain’t, now after nearly 15yrs I sit in my house with no help towards this illness which I have never agreed with their diagnosis of me, I’m now grounded, and honestly if it wasn’t for my kids coming to visit me at a wk end I would stop living and be glad of it, I suffer with the strangest of symptoms that I can’t even explain most the time but my last psychology session were 2 yrs ago were a joke
