Jinho was supposed to be a member of EXO. But SM didn't made him be part of it despite being a trainee for 6 years. SM the ballad then didn't continue promotions and then he got a job as a vocal coach. He was coaching diff singers in the industry. Then he entered cube, And he again was a trainee for 2 years, and debuted as a member of Pentagon in the age of 24 or 25? And the rest is history. He debuted with a group late at his age, but his dreams came true. ❤❤🥰

Pentagon are just soooo underrated. Hui and Jinho are one of the strongest main vocal teams in kpop, and they don't get nearly enough recognition!!! I would very much recommend that you check out Hui's performances from a show called Breakers. Jinho also has so many covers, and they are all amazing.
If you havne't checked out any of these already, I would highly recommend Monsta X, Minseo, Taeyeon/Girls Generation, EXID and VIXX :)

Best vocal line and rap line
All of Cube vocal and rap lines are amazing! I can listen to all four of the groups (BtoB, Pentagon, CLC, and Gidle) playlist on repeat all day and not be bored at all.

What I love about Pentagon's vocals are how tight they are. This makes theirs unique because it is very rare to see tight vocals in K-Pop especially for male idols. I think the only male idol other than them I have heard has tight vocals is Taemin. They sound so trained. While other singers choose to let the music flow with their voice and so they keep it loose, Pentagon members especially Jinho and Hui like every note of theirs highly defined. Both are a skill and are equally hard to achieve, but knowing how rare it is to find tight vocals just in the K-Pop industry, this is something i would call unique.
Thank you for reacting to Pentagon! I always say/stand by the fact that Jinho (the one who does all those really high notes and plays piano) is my all time favourite vocalist.

Actually pentagon are coming from a company with a hole incredible vocalists and songwriters "Cube Ent" started with "Beast "with such awesome guyz u have to react to Breathe , 12:30 , Ribbon, and so many other bopz ,they leave the company and have there own company with new group name which is "Highlight" .
Then we have "BTOB" and they are one of the best vocal groups in kpop , even there rappers are great as singers same as Beast rapper.
Pentagon constantly test my BTS bias. They have an amazing vocal line and they’re songs are soooo good.

These guys are sooooooo under rated it’s ridiculous! I have been a fan since they debuted. They are amazing. I have been lucky to see these guys live and meet them. They are true gentlemen. So sweet and so talented

Thanks for reacting to Pentagon, their vocalists are absolutely amazing! Jinho and Hui are such a powerfull duo of main vocalists. And you DEFFINITELY need to check out BTOB! They're known as one of the best overall vocal groups in all of K-pop. Their vocal sub unit is called BTOB Blue, listen to their songs Stand By Me or When It Rains! Or just literally any of the covers they did, because they're always incredible :) BTOB overall are famous for their more vocal-driven songs so you won't be disappointed by their full-group songs either ;)

I know im a little late to this video but Jinho (the one that was in most of these clips with the high notes and was playing the piano doing covers) used to be apart of SM Entertainment back before Exo debuted. Many people were disappointed that he didn’t debut with Exo because he was SM Entertainment’s number 1 singer.
SM has this contest where their singers compete and Jinho won 1st place as the best singer in SM. Keep in mind he had to go against Shinee members, Exo members, TVXQ members, etc and he beat all of them. His singing is not only one of the best in SM Entertainment and Cube Entertainment but he is one of the best in all of Korea.

I only heard about Pentagon when they released “Shine”. I am 69 but granny likes Koop. I rarely l replay a song over and over again. I go back and listen. I replayed “Shine” for three hours straight. If you want a MV that will make you laugh while enjoying the vocals, Shine will do it. They are definitely underrated.
