Even bigger is induced consumerism, cause explain to me how over 60% of the working class generously gives over 30% of their monthly earnings to real estate, watches TV and media then spends another 30% on things popularized by the media. And that's just to get some "normal experience" in living life. The 1% own debt and the real estate industry's real value is anchored on how the debt moves around
The thing for me is, as a single-member LLC I get taxed heavily based on my revenue bracket, and these folks are not paying taxes and money laundering in plain sight. And governments keep us occupied with frivolity stoking the fire of us hating each other while they live lavishly. I can’t 🤷🏾♀️
May I suggest if you don’t already finding a good accountant, ask people you know in your field. You want the one who’s found the tax breaks with these previous clients and know they wor
