Jesse returned things to how they should be. He didn't screw his parents. Jesse's aunt wanted him to have that house, because he cared for her until she passed away from cancer. His parents didn't help her for whatever selfish reasons. They said they put in about $400K in upgrades, so they didn't really lose money on the sale, just the profits they were trying to weasel.

And then Jessie was cooking meth and killed two people inside his beloved aunt's house. When his parents discovered the meth lab, they could have -- probably should have -- called the cops. Instead they gave him a gift -- they just kicked him out. But then Jessie uses that against them to screw them? I guess that's a "win" for Jessie. .
MAYBE Jessie's aunt wanted him to have her house. But she also had cancer in her brain, and she never actually did anything about it. So the house belonged to his parents, and they would have been in very serious trouble if his illegal activity was discovered.

    *EDITED*
    Some answers for you
Yellow tint in this show is always Mexico.
And Hector (the old guy in a wheelchair) knew Walter's name because Tuco went through Walt's wallet when he held Jesse and Walt at his remote cabin. (he read the name out in an important part of a conversation they were having)
Gus is cartel affiliated so he knew who the cousins are and was quick to call them off from killing Walter.
Jesse buying the house was not a favor. It was sort of payback even, since they kicked him out of the house first AND he got the value way down with the knowledge of the methlab.

31:20 regarding Skyler "not making herself clear" she told Walt in 301 that she wouldn't tell anyone his secret if he agreed to divorce her and stay away from the kids, and she hasn't changed her position since. Yes it's a harsh deal for Walt, but she spent 2 seasons trying everything to get the truth out of him while he lied to her constantly and disappeared for days on end. Remember in season 2 when she confronted him and told him to tell her everything and he just said "Tell you what?" Now he wants her to hear him out, only because she's bringing actual consequences for not telling her then, when he could've explained it far more sympathetically. Plus, when she accused him of being a drug dealer to his face, even then Walt acted like it was absurd until she kept pushing. She really has no reason to trust him or give him any leeway at this point

Everything Walt is going through, he created. He didn't need to sell drugs to earn the money, he didn't need to distance himself from his wife. Not only that, but every chance he has to bail, he pulls himself back in. He cares about his pride more than his own family, he just uses them as an excuse.
14:32 - Being a drug manufacturer puts her children's literal lives at stake, so that's why. He may mean well, but that won't save her dead children when this stuff shows up at his door. You may love your spouse, but you can't sell out your kids' lives for them.

Rewatching within the past couple years, I recognize Walt as a deeply sick and troubled individual with an ego problem from the beginning that very quickly warped into a manipulative and sadistic monster. Ego was always his problem; he was just meek when he was getting bullied and had no problem turning into the bully when he got himself a shred of power.

What you saw in the beginning was a shrine dedicated to Santa Muerte (Holy Death). It's a mix of Aztec beliefs and Catholicism, where Santa Muerte herself could be considered a modern form of the Aztec goddess Mictecacíhuatl, the Lady of the Dead. While one of Santa Muerte's spheres of influence is indeed death, she is also associated with healing, protection, love and more. Which aspect is represented by a specific figurine etc depends on its colour - a red Santa Muerte symbolises love/passion, a blue is associated with wisdom and so on. Her following has gained a lot of momentum during the last few decades and is estimated to consist of somewhere between 10-20 million people.

Jesse loves that house, it was his aunt's house originally. In the earlier seasons we see some pictures of him with an older woman who he clearly loves a great deal. Based on how his parents act towards him, my guess is she was the "cool aunt" that they didn't like him hanging around that much. He also seems to have looked after her when she had cancer, hence his knowledge of Walt's own condition. It seems the arrangement was after she died that the parents got the house. (The Aunt probably didn't leave a will or did and just didn't switch the house to being left to Jesse when she died). Which Jesse was supposed to fix up and get in order to be sold. Obviously that didn't happen and they kicked him out. For him getting his Aunt's house back from his money-grubbing parents after using their own tactics against him would've been the sweetest revenge. Besides what else was he going to do with all that money?
Also that kid who wanted an Automatic A in the first Episode. Is the same guy that wanted Walt to give him a D or C (can't remember which) so he wouldn't have to go to Summer School. The one you felt sympathy for. Clearly Walt knows he's a habitual slacker/liar who takes advantage of Teacher's sympathy to get better grades he doesn't earn. Heck back then, he claimed to be dyslexic or having ADHD (something like that), obviously an attempt to elicit sympathy, where none was deserved. Walt was right to tell him "Never try to Bullshit a Bullshitter."

The people were nice enough to allow the crew to film the exterior of their house and as a reward they got people constantly coming onto their property and throwing food onto their roof which they then have to get up on ladders to clean off. They've even taken the steps of getting trespassing signs and blocking the imagery of their house on Google Earth.
No homeowner should have to go through all that just because some twat kids want to use their property as a meme. In one of the dvd commentaries the show's creator even declared that it's stupid, that the people who want to do it aren't being especially original, and that it's causing hardship to a nice couple who didn't ask for all the trouble when they were polite enough to agree to their house being filmed. He asked people not to keep doing it.

"Why is there a ouija board in a nursing home?"
This isn't the whole answer, but it's fun trivia: a ouija board is technically considered a board game, it was a trademark of Hasbro and is currently a trademark or Parker Brothers. Also, there is a non-zero possibility that there are old folks there who are still into the occult, I can imagine some of them wanting to connect with their departed loved ones to say something like "I'll be joining you soon".

The only people I’ve known that think ouija boards are legit have been christians that think they’re satanic. A lot of wiccans and occult enthusiasts do have them though simply because they look really cool, I personally have one that I use as a tray for my teapot and tea jars. ☺️

He took care of her while she was sick. Upon her death, the ownership probably went to her next of kin; Jesse’s parents. Therefore he resided there. I guess he was very close to his Aunt. Jesse considered the house his own. Now it’s renovated for sale. Saul brought up a very good point about “full disclosure”. All that being said the house now rightfully belongs to Jesse.
