Nice piece, but if I'm not mistaken, a romance is written in 3/4 not 4/4- nice piece though. I'd change up the harmonies in some parts, specifically around the beginning, but it's a nice simple piece.

@@karlolewandowski That's because it's not really that true. Plenty of romances in duple meter. Both of Beethoven's violin romances are in duple meter. Amy Beach's violin romance is in duple meter. Max Bruch's viola and orchestra romance is in duple meter. Eine Kleine Nachtmusik's romance is in duple meter. The romance from Rosetti's C Major Oboe Concerto is in duple meter. The romance from Brahms' Op. 118 may start in 6/4, but its midsection is in duple meter. Another romance that starts in three but has a duple midsection is the Romance from Mozart's gran partita. So I really do not see where this 'romance is typically in 3/4' comes from.
