Thank you for uploading all of these! They're very helpful to watch and see how the pros bowl, especially for someone like me who doesn't have access to TV channels that host bowling.
15:56 This spare is one of my worst nightmares. For some strange reason the ball ricochets off the 3 if it isn't at the exactly perfect angle. ROFL!!!! Thanks Rhino for showing us how it's done.
@@JohnAckerman31 Awesome average. How long did it take to get that far? I'm getting close to that now. Just got some great tips from the Bowling Academy on perfecting the approach. When do you bowl again? Are you practicing before league night?
Captain Ricco It has taken me a while to get up to the 185 average I currently have. I started bowling on a league when I was a junior in high school. I bowled Saturday mornings at a bowling alley near my house. I still bowl at the same bowling alley, just on Monday nights now. I try to practice with every opportunity I get. I also use good equipment too. I recently bought the Storm Intense bowling ball, and it has helped me too. The ball is discontinued though, but it's really aggressive, and destroys the pins. I have never seen so many strikes
6:15 Jaros misses a strike because he's between the 2nd and 3rd arrow, no? Also, I noticed his release hand was palm up at the moment of release and then he turns it into the handshake, but a little to late, the ball already left his hand. Strikes are better than worrying about covering your spares :)
odellus my thoughts exactly! I throw a very fast high rev rate ball in our house thats easily visibly faster than Ryans. I average 17.5-18mph depending on conditions.
well, i very much doubt you're throwing the ball harder than ryan. i calculated his as about 20.5 mph and liz's at about 19.8 mph. i have no idea how she does it because it doesn't look like she's throwing very hard but numbers don't lie. pretty impressive.
Easton Lee , Daugherty made the initial "Champions" field for the 2011 PBA Tournament of Champions. He fought his way into the "Elite" field and made the January 22 televised finals as the #2 seed, where he faced #3 seed Mika Koivuniemi in the semifinal match. Daugherty wound up on the wrong end of PBA history that day, rolling seven splits en route to a record-low 100 score. (The previous low score on television was 129, shot by Steve Jaros.) With Koivuniemi nearly missing perfection and bowling a 299 in the same match, Daugherty also became half of the most lopsided match in PBA history (-199 pins). Despite the embarrassment, Daugherty ran around and high-fived the crowd after making the two pins he needed to reach the 100 mark.

I bowl almost the same way as Steve Jaros on my league. It has helped me slow down, and really helps to give the ball time to react
what's your average at this time? are you going to go pro soon?
Captain Ricco my average is about a 185. I still have a long way before I wish to be a pro bowler. I bowl on a league though

those ball speed readings can't be accurate. 20 mph from johnson on a strike shot? no way.

Its her follow through she creates so much speed on release
Wait I'm confused. Why was the Cheetah Championship Best of 7 all the way through but the other 4 Championships were not?
13:27 Brooklyn!!!! I get most of my strikes this way :) It's very dramatic.
Wow.. didn’t know Steve Jaros set the record for the lowest televised game
