First of all it is my very first time to participate in the dv lottery. am expecting to receive my insurance benefit in may next year for me to prepare to come to the USA, and if I win the dv lottery now, will I be pardoned to come the next year, or if I happened to participate again next year after winning this year and again I don't win next year in order to come to the USA.
