you can set the scripted sequence movement to instantaneous so that it teleports there. then it will do the animation and u can set another scripted sequence to be triggered by the previous one to take it away or set up a kill trigger to kill the npc

(Trigger once) The animation before the action sequence would be him sitting down, Then the action sequence is when he wakes up, (You gotta find that one too.) CSS don't exactly have NPCs, but that doesn't mean it can't have, But It's a very complicated stuff.
