It is not just MLK day or Veteran's Day or any other day which we are supposed to be paying gratitude and respect to individuals for giving up their lives fighting for the greater good of society. I can't even go to a workout class without these women standing around staring at their asses in the mirror...really bizarre! God forbid you get in the way of their photo while you are working out....I asked one of them, "was the purpose of the photos in the gym for training courses?"...she was clueless!!! it is so scary.... In 27 years of being in the gym and being a trainer, I have never seen anything like this...I would really appreciate if the gyms would ban tripods and personal photo shoots in the gym...the desire to constantly take pictures of yourself has crippled our society.

I sound old when I tell people of my generation this: we live in unprogressive times. Times where no one wants a solution. Only seeking to capitalize on whatever issue they can make up. I sense fear when the real issues of our time are discussed. I can feel the censorship around those very said topics.
