But Helios is actually just about human size. His head might be a sun but the field in the duel was just looking like a universe because of the card "macrocosmos" which is a miniature universe. The actual largest yugioh monster is "Number 09 Dyson Sphere", a space station larger than the real sun.

Super Granzeboma and STTGL are big enough to literally throw around entire universes, so I'm pretty sure they're bigger than that. Also, the Antispiral basically controls the universe and can appear as tall as they want to be, but their actual real body seems to be human-sized.

The Biggests must be Demonbane and Liber Leggis in their Gigantic forms , in tha japanase manual of the anime Demobane is a 50 mt mecha but in the context of the the guides these two Mechas have fought inside a Room where the Law of the Universe have no meaning , il their fight they become so big to make equal to the universe but the end they start to see others worlds as Bubbles
