However, in my case I would need to ask for and submit an Acceptance of Liability Waiver to my ISP for them to give the full administrative control of the ONU's GUI. It takes a long time and the waiver itself is predatory. That's why I did not bother to do it. There are also tutorials for doing it yourself, but according to my ISP's contract under user responsibilities, modifying its settings to use super admin privileges without their consent would conflict with their terms and conditions. I don't use port-forwading as well as of now, so... this would work just fine. For me at least.

Incorrect it is by 10 due to the old start/stop bits. How you can see this is when you have a 60 mbps cable connection and get 6 megabytes per second on downloads. He knew it was divided by 10 so good on him.

As far as I know, wireless connection speed problems can be caused by a few different factors, such as congestion (the number of wireless devices in the area can affect it, yes, even your neighbor's Wi-Fi can interfere with yours and vice-versa, specially if many [non-local] devices are using the same broadcast channel), interference (physical obstacles like walls, be it concrete or wood, etc.), distance from the source, and a few more. I suggest installing a WiFi scanner app on your phone to scan your surroundings for possibly interfering access points in the area. PS. Forgot to mention to check if there's an available firmware update.

I heard that if your modem is only 2.4ghz the usual speed is around 100mbps. Is true or not? I have done the wifi channel analyzer and ive already change my channels both 2.4 and 5g to the channels that has less interference on other wifi channels
I don't think changing your ISP-provided modem/router to a different one would give a performance boost, because you're only going to use it as your gateway. You're not going to connect anything wireless to it, right? Have you tried disabling your ISP-provided router's Radio/WiFi Broadcast feature? Try doing that and see if you'd get a boost in speed. Make sure as well that your device supports 5G connection.

That way, you'd be sure that you're not violating any laws or restrictions. That's the easiest route, imo.

@HeathenHacks Oh, it was 64 MAC addresses. I just confirmed with one of the experts in the forum. Thought this was way less for a router like C80 and went to the market to search for better ones. Guess what? Even Asus ax5400 (around 200$) router supported whitelisting of 64 MAC addresses only. Haven't found a router that goes beyond this value.
I think it's because they're more for home users? Have you checked out prosumer products from Ubiquiti or TP Link's own Omada line? My guess is that they would fare much better for what you want to do.

Step 1b: Click on the "UPDATE" button near "Logout" Step 2: If the "UPDATE" button is not visible, click on the Advanced tab. Step 3: Click on System. Step 4: Click on Firmware Update. Step 5: Click on Check For Updates. Here's how to do it using the Tether App. Step 1: Login to the app. Step 2: Go to Local Devices. Step 3: Go to the Tools tab. Step 4: Go to System. Step 5: Go to Firmware Update. If you have set your router to automatically update its firmware, you don't have to do that. Also, the connection speed limiting feature is only possible to do on a web browser.

Can this same router connect to a fibre ONT modem and function properly? I am getting a new fibre connection with the Ont modem.
If your ONT modem has an ethernet port, you can probably connect this router's WAN (ethernet) port to it.
