한국식 중국집하고 일본식 중국집하고 같은듯 다른면들이 많아서 서로 여행갔을때 중국집들 방문하면 재미날듯합니다. 한국은 특이하게 중국집 프렌차이즈는 거의 없고 중국집도 볶음밥은 주가 아닌데 일본가서 보니 볶음밥이 메인인 느낌이 많이 나더군요. 진짜 영상 보면서 볶음밥 엄청 먹고 싶어졌습니다
와 보다보니 영상이 1시간30분짜리인지 몰랐어요 세상에 너무 잔잔하니 옆에서 생생하게 음식 준비하는 모습을 보며 이 일을 34년이 넘도록 매일같이 해오셨다는 것에 경외감을 느낍니다...정말 성실하고 꾸준하게 해오시니 맛도 변함없고 손님들도 늘 맛있게 먹고 계속 찾게 되는거 같아요 일본가게 되면 꼭 한번 가서 먹고싶네요 볶음밥이 특히 너무 맛나보입니다..여기 채널 운영하시는 분이 일본분이신가요 한국분이신가요? 가공없이 준비과정부터 요리하는 영상을 음악없이 보여주셔서 더 몰입감이 높아지네요 정말 빠져서 잘봣습니다

You can tell this guy finds enjoyment in his work where ever he can. I might be reaching here but it looked like he changed up the order/preparation for the ingredients of the fried rice each time he made it.
does anyone know why the chef throws the egg shells into a big pot of boiling water ? I can understand why they love the fried rice... it makes me hungry even after my dinner
Eggshells are utilized to clarify stocks and broth. When cooking stock, a layer of particles forms on top of the liquid. The egg proteins cause a chemical reaction that makes the particles cling to the shells instead of making the liquid cloudy.

何も知らずに行って、癖で「チャーハン大盛り」頼んだら1㌔チャーハン出てきて詰んだ想い出。
小学校が近いのでしょうか。子供達の歓声が常に背景に聞こえているのがいいね。
子供の声が聞こえる癒しの場所で、やさしそうな店主さんと奥さんが作り出す空間はとてもいい雰囲気です。 マジで行ってみようかな、と思わせる店ですね。

本日2024年11月16日土曜日自分と家のおふくろと二人で初めてラーメンyaに入りました｡しかし、ミニチャーハンが普通サイズで､自分とおふくろの二人が普通のチャーハンを頼んだら半端な大盛サイズで家のおふくろが食べきれなくて、持ち帰りましたね。さすがラーメンya。ありがとう❗️最高～。❤😊
1つ1つの料理をちゃんと仕上げているのがよくわかりますね。私も以前は料理人なので見ていて火の通し方味付けが凄く丁寧です。１度食べに行きたいですね

今はカメイド・クロックになってますが昔サンストリートってショッピングモールがあってそこに勤めていたので先代の頃にだいぶお世話になりました。その頃はこちらのリクエストに応えてくれて裏メニューが色々ありました。①麻婆炒飯②筍と肉の餡かけ炒飯③麻婆つけ麺。ちなみに意外かもしれませんが先代はかなり積極的に営業に来られてました。ラミネートしたメニュー表を届けていただいたり。もう10年ぐらい経つと思いますけど久々に行ってみたいです。
