Hilary Sherice Browne is a certified biological dental hygienist with 20 years of combined experience in Johannesburg and Dubai.
She graduated at the top of her class from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa in 2002, and received the Most Outstanding Dental Hygiene Student award by the Oral Hygienist Association of South Africa (OHASA).
As a dental hygienist Hilary is highly trained in oral prophylactic treatments, Guided Biofilm Therapy, teeth whitening, and patient education. She takes a modern and holistic approach to dental care, and has a keen interest in biological dentistry, nutrition, and functional medicine.
Hilary earned a Certificate in Dental Kinesiotaping and a Diploma in Face Yoga & Reflexology in 2021. In the same year, she co-authored the best-selling book Out of the Box Dental Hygienist: A Step-by-Step Blueprint to Holistic Dental Hygiene.
She is a member of the Emirates Medical Association, Health Professional Council of South Africa, International Federation of Dental Hygienists, and International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine. She served as President of Emirates Dental Hygienists Club between 2018 to 2021.
Hilary speaks English and Afrikaans. When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, gardening, cycling, and boxing.
