TAKE X-RAYS ONLY WHEN NEEDED ITS RADIATION! ALWAYS PROTECT YOURSELF WITH A COLLARED LEAD APRON! INSIST X-RAY RADIATION IS CUMULATIVE WHICH MEANS IT ALL ADDS UP AND DOES NOT LEAVE THE BODY! The dental X-rays today do give you less radiation but today we get radiation from many more sources like airports, cellphones etc..

Worked in dentistry. I say most dentists dont want to deal with amalgam because it takes too long to deal with. Composite is just quicker to set and be done with. Composite fillings bring efficiency to a dental practice but amalgams don't. It's really cheap to use amalgam but durability is far superior than composite. Inlays onlays have decent hold but they don't hold as long. I've seen patients replace their inlays/onlays in less than 2-3 years. They end up getting a crown - which costs them more money. If they chose amalgam, they'd still have their teeth.

malarkey, key words are "qualified surgeon" my process took over 4 hours 😢 lidocane wore off after the first hour, then the pain was bad, dentist told me its not pain just pressure. nope PAIN so much pain it was TORTURE 😢 never get over the emotional trauma, after all that and not jone 20 lidocane shots and feeling like I was going to see Jesus, he took an x-ray just to tell me, that it was crooked, and made me lay back down to cut me open again, to drill more, to get mad at me and yell at the nurses. day 3 and I look like a monster. messed up my pain medication, my face is covered with extensive brusing under the yeys and lips and even cheeks, it was a christmas nightmare. still waiting to wale up from. Aspen dental trauma. oh yeah, and only lidocane, no laughing gas completely awake and aware druimg this 4.5 hour I have been crying for days, and crying hirts because my face and sinus is so swollen crying makes it worse.😢

I had 14 teeth pulled in one day and had the implant abutments hammered and screwed into my jaw, and then dentures screwed into that. I was in the office from 10 AM till 5 PM with no break! The trauma of that plus… the dentist severed the muscle in my nose, lips and chin! I have no feeling and it’s been one month. It’s torture! That I’m paying $103,000 for over the next 10 years.

It fucking hurts! Definitely worse than giving birth! If someone told me how much pain and uncomfortable I would be, wouldn’t do it. I have done my implant yesterday. And tbh it doesn't actually hurt that much. The only pain I have experienced is when the doctor gave me anesthesia even though the procedure itself was painless but there was mild pain when the effect of anesthesia started fading. Well the doctor gave me a painkiller for that and it's all okay now. I have to visit my dentist again after 7 days to take off my stitches. I hope it won't hurt. I will update you all after 7 days 🥰
