You have forgotten something very important when you talk about Filipino salaries, after 6 months they are entitled to social benefits some get it from the start. BUT the employer does not pay everything the employees are deducted a share for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and tax. This means that a monthly income/salary is NOT the same as the actual salary paid to the employee.
There are 2 pensions in Canada. One available as early as 60 , the other at 65. Average is around 1400CDN (₱58,000) for both at 65
