I've been a mechanic for 30+ years, We have three things here,
#1 A Tire = The rubber component that is mounted to the rim.
#2 A Rim =The steal/alloy center component the tire is mounted on.
#3 A Wheel = The assembled components of a rim and tire.
I do understand this is translated, otherwise you have no excuse's

It might be an odd thing to say, but I wish there were more Russians like these guys. They seem like a fun group of people and (at least appear) as they are interested in opening up to the western world...both in their euro trip and how they have made an English translated Channel too. They at least seem like they are interested in befriending people from the western world.

Or try multiple ways to make run flats. Like a a full rubber tire or cut some rubber into one of those honey comb tires. Another thing I always wondered and I'm sure others have to. Why can tires be made of concrete and the road as rubber lol. Or road as thin rubber top and tire as rubber. That would make you stop on a dime when you slammed the breaks. Just an idea. I suppose you could call those plastic rings "drift trainers", as it would be a good way to learn drifting.

Make a pair of solid wood wheels. When they spin long enough in a sustained brake-stand, they should start to burn. It could be an excellent way to exterminate another Lada and it would make a spectacular video!
