Yall will loveeee XG. Now one think I will say is I feel like you can listen to their songs in any order, BUTTT going from debut to now will allow you to really see how they were already bomb but the growth has been immaculate. Also you have to make sure you do the tapes and VOX videos in order as well.
You were right on the mark about the vibes. Left Right is definitely heavily influenced by late 90's, early 2000's R&B. They are an extremely versatile group that does everything from drill to hip hop. Checkout their most recent song - Winter Without You, it is outstanding and showcases their vocal unit which is comprised of three singers (Hinata, Juria, and Chisa). There are four rappers who do double duty as backup singers as well. Love them to death, go Alphaz!!!

They're a pioneer group from XGALX (former X-GALAXY) subsidiary of AVEX. Japanese group based in SouthKorea. Trained in Japan and SouthKorea (back n forth). All of their songs are in english except for the tapes and some vox.
Their Executive PD/CEO was a 2nd Gen idol (DMTN). His name is Simon JaKops (JApan KOrea Produced by Simon). He also produced some of Japanese version of twice's songs.
XG also known as XTRAORDINARYGIRLS is composed of 7 members.

First time XG? Ok, executive summary for you and your subscribers:
XG is short for Xtraordinary Girls, their label is XGALX, which was more or less specifically created for them. Their debut was March 2022, they are still quite new. They are seven Japanese, age 18 to 21 as of now, who are based in South Korea and trained with the KPop idol methods ... to then perform NOT K-Pop, but instead mostly western style 90s/early 2000s rap and R&B oriented tracks. *Modern Old School*, if this makes sense. Their main songs are all completely in English. They also venture into 90s/y2k pop and club sounds, and their rapline and vocalists also have separate series showcasing them specifically, XG Tape and XG Vox respectively. Officially there are 4 rappers (Jurin, Cocona, Maya, Harvey) and 3 vocalists (Chisa, Juria, Hinata), but the rappers all can sing as well. Not to mention that they could as well be a professional dance crew. The "mad genius" level mastermind behind all that is Simon Jakops (stage name - he is half JApanaese half KOrean Producer Simon) who was a successful K-Pop idol a good decade ago himself.

Lots of people have already recommended for you to react to some of XG's higher-production MVs from after they started making bank. Those are all great songs and great MVs, nothing wrong with them at all (really just can't go wrong with anything of theirs you can find on the Internet).
I have been here since their debut; low-budget MVs but nevertheless OUTSTANDING performances by every member, right out the gate. Check out their Debut MV 'Tippy Toes' and the follow-up/ first comeback MV 'Mascara'. AMAZINGAMAZINGAMAZING, they ALWAYS have been AMAZING.
Their Group Leader was a Pro Snowboarder and Model, and she is their Main Dancer. I don't really want to say that XG are a Dance Troop 'first and foremost', but it is a fact that they ALL can DANCE. BUT they can also all SING (to different degrees) and they can all RAP (to different degrees).
The entire idea behind their company making this group was PURPOSELY to be 'International'. So, NO, they are NOT K-Pop, but they trained like they are K-Pop.
They are X-Pop.
They want to be like Music, which knows no boundaries around the globe. National Borders can't stop people from hearing their neighbors' music; why should stupid politics be involved with Music or Art in general? So, this group wants to go EVERYWHERE. Since English is spoken all over the world currently, this group sings and raps primarily in English. But they can also sing and rap in Korean and OBVIOUSLY since they are Japanese, they can sing and rap in Japanese.
They ALSO integrated Sign Language into at least one of their songs/ choreos and did a separate MV for that song JUST FOR the Sign Language version! They ACTUALLY want to include EVERYBODY on Earth! Gotta love them for that alone. But THEN, they are just SO GOOD at what they do! I whole-heartedly believe they are the future of Music. :)
