He can do on bricks but 2 bedroom brick house price will go up due to the cost of brick 10 per brick 5000 bricks needed (50,000) you need proper foundation to avoid cracks, use of cement cosy goes up also the difference of bricks and this is 150k -200k. This house is more durable than brick house unless you use cement and chuma as well
