Looking back now the plating and dressing of the plates on a lot of these recipes is very dated. When I was in school in 07 they were already laughing at people who dressed plates up with chopped parsley and drizzles of anything.
Though I can put away some food, if I had that as an appetizer to myself, I doubt I'd be able to have a heavy main course. lol. I've had the same thing at other places minus the sausage and they were great but the plates and slices were half this and it was still shared between three of us. It's not really the size though but the richness of the whole thing, coulis or not. lol
I would come home from school and watch this show.

Had his version of the lobster cheesecake at Emerils Orlando. It was a little more firm but sooooo good.

Laughing so hard, they forgot to teach you fucksticks how to cook. You couldn't wash dishes for a great.
