Bought some military pants with Velcro, love the pants, hate the Velcro. I will use your tips to make my pants what they need to be. Thanks so much. Love the channel, keep it up.!

Awesome! It's neat that this tutorial is helping with crafts other than just gloves!

Dude, you’re the best. I have a beautiful pair of Coach gloves this happened to and I’ve been trying for ages to fix them. Thank you!!!!

This was very helpful! I'm replacing Velcro on a jacket that is tearing my scarves to shreds. Thank you!

I know how you feel. Velcro on my security pants pockets were forever sticking and tearing up the golf cart fabric seat cover

Wonderful! Now I can put snaps on my heavy duty many pocketed security pant. On top of Velcro which was forever coming loose and sticking to golf cart seat material. I have the many tool item you showed but lost some snaps. I’ll go out and get more snaps. Thank you so much

Great video! I was wondering how easy this was. I'm going to use this to hold the back velcro strap in place on my favorite ballcap.

Motorcycle gloves were the exact thing I wanted to repair. Perfect.

Nice. How much would that kit cost. There’s a lot of pieces there. Plus a mallet. Would this work on a cotton twill jacket?

Good idea, you could tape the flap down while you're punching through

Would this work on a fabric bike jacket where the velcro no longer grabs properly?

My new jacket has velcro straps to close the pockets instead of the easy metal ones. So annoying. 😪

I don't personally support Amazon but they do stock a variety of affordable kits. This one is similar to the one I used:
    www.amazon.com/Leather-Fasteners-Buttons-Clothing-Bracelets/dp/B08PYL6YPD/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=3237CXU869LTU&keywords=button+snap+kit+silver&qid=1701985689&sprefix=button+snap+kit+silver+%2Caps%2C333&sr=8-3
You can actually use a standard hammer instead of a mallet, in a pinch. You'll want a rubber mallet if you are planning to do this often/long-term, because a metal hammer will eventually deform the metal tools in the kit.
