I have a set of 4.5 HP KW with HP Baffles only complaint is the finish is not durable and at my heat shield came off with the first heat cycle. 850.00 mufflers and 250.00 baffles I was disappointed with the durability for that price. Dealer installed as well.
Typically how long does it take to break in the mufflers so they dont smoke any longer? I just want to make sure i know when i should start to worry lol

The Khrome Werks installation says to replace the muffler gasket.
Have you done the full exhaust duals, and replaced baffles with your reducer?
Do you need a tuner on the 2024 models ?
In my opinion might better sound on other mufflers but by far these r the best looking ones

For what it's worth, I have done many slip-ons and have never seen smoke or a smelt a weird smell. LOL
So, no muffler cement needed?
