Unrelated question. As I understand it, the maximum number of BTCs that can ever be made is 21M, we are at 19M now. What happens when there are no more BTC to be mined? How will BTC work without mining?
It will still take around a 100 years for all BTC to be mined. Once we've reach this point, BTC will only be available on trading, and it's quite likely that its value will have grown tremendously by then
Wouldn't Elon manipulating the coin be the same thing as the Fed Reserve printing lots and lots of useless paper??? This is a real question. And if that is so, wouldn't that mean that crypto is NOT an alternative? I mean I want to move away from the cash BECAUSE of the manipulation.
I have a question. if I look at a chart on a weekly basis and sometimes on a month basis then I see for every crypto currency that there is a center in the chart. if you cut the graph in half at this point and then reverse the rising line and stretch it out, it is identical to the falling half, only the angle is different and the rising part has shrunk. With this outcome, I can only say that all crypto is manipulated with software (AI) and everyone buys cryptocurrency that is in reality 25/30 percent more expensive than the real value.
That's not manipulation. That's a Twitter opinion. By that standard saying a tweet is manipulation is itself manipulation. Then, everybody is manipulating the market with their opinions.
The tweets of extremely influential people in a particular sector is not the tweet of the average Joe. The reason case of where the twitter accounts of famous people and politicians were hacked.. It was mentioned if the hackers had different motives even a war could start.
How come there can be HUGE price differences between exchanges? Today on Binance OCEAN stayed around 1.20 usd while in the same hour on Kraken OCEAN spiked up to 2.9 usd and even in euro another number up to 4€?! Totally confused.
