Very offputting graphics, very rare I "dislike" a video but his one I did. Some commentary would be good to explain the thinking behind this unusual ship.
I like it but isnt it strange to have the big openings below the bridge? The shape is good for wave splash matters but the openings would seem to partially defeat that feature.
Well at 1:10 I cut it off. All that stupid and annoying IN THE PORT shyt. WHY????? Now to comment on the ship. 1) It will have far greater aerodynamics. 2) It will have far greater wave breaking/dispersing capability. Both will improve ship handling and maneuverability fuel economy/distance. For those making silly statements about that ugly looking pipe bulb on the bow at the water line. Well that also is extremely important as it breaks up and disperses the water ahead of the ship itself. It also helps to increase fuel economy besides other benefits. Read up on who invented it, why and what it does exactly!
The problem with these videos of cool new ships is that they never show what most people want to see, that of the ship in a big storm. All these storm worthy looking ships sailing in fair weather.
Neat looking but in rough seas could be a wild ride on the bridge... having the tower in the center slightly aft ensures a more comfortable ride in rough seas no?
Forward bridge gives better visibility with a high stack. The big bow increases buoyancy which cuts down on bow plunging in heavy seas which, incorporated with vessel length, gives a much smoother ride in moderate to heavy weather. Takes a bit of getting used to when switching from aft or midships tower vessels.
Airplane nose. Who's the IDIOT (a grown-up, presumably) who thought the constantly cycling graphic was an enhancement for viewing this product. It was so annoying to the point that I turned it off. Was that the intended result to achieve with the your audience?Good marketing! And what executive signed off on that decision? Ouch!
I started to watch this. BUT no way am I going to finish watching.. I know you don’t want people to steel your content but your ridiculous never watch another video from you.
Looks interesting but the bridge at the bow is a problem at high seas (moving up and down). And I doubt that this is as efficient as the standard European feeder ship wtih the - very short - house at the end of the ship. This gives more space for TEUs, simple as that.
That's ok, I sailed on many ships with the accommodation on the bow. It is less confortable in storms, but has other advantages. A ship with the accommodation on the stern has much more vibration and engine noise inside.
for any guest passengers on this kind of ship, will be a catastrophical situation, because of the high rate of dumping Up and Down, when is stormy weather... and also for the Crew.... and the high risk of damaging the front part, including Commando Bridge and Radar , etc... ... I never would book 1 week on such ship, with Euro 80,- per day...... more important would be the Fuel, also LPG/LNG, instaed of the high toxical Sludge-Waste-Oil for the Diesel Engine.... ...
You know, I would really like to watch the ship! I don't really know what eventually happened because the flying lines caused me to turn it off at about 3:20. It's OK to plug your channel. Just don't do it on top of what you are attempting to show! 😢😢😢
Who's the klutz who put that stupid, obtrusive, annoying graphic in the picture. Once only is too many times. Over and over, and I think whoever vandalised the video needs to be put in stocks, and their arse should be acquainted with a white-hot iron bar; to wake them up.
What's the bet that this "In the Port" company is not actually the copyright owner of the video. Watch video without watermarks th-cam.com/video/p2kG-3Rs1RU/w-d-xo.html
This is a Norwegian design, it was specifically for rig supply ships. It is very stable and handles rough seas. It is known as the X Bow. There a few flics on here

Interesting vessel, but thst cycling graphic is irritating. Couldn't watch all the way.
in the port....in the port.....in the port......
Very offputting graphics, very rare I "dislike" a video but his one I did. Some commentary would be good to explain the thinking behind this unusual ship.
Me too. Made it to 1:09. Gave up on IN THE PORT. Kinda figured that out after the first dozen times. Get rid of it.
GET THE CLUTTER OFF THE SCREEN
I found reading the comments preferable to watching that stupid cycling graphic.
The bridge being on the bow ought to be a brilliant idea. It will distribute the weight of the ship back and front.
What a terrible filmmaker - AMATEUR

In the port in the port in the port !!!!!!!!! ENOUGH ALREADY !!!!!!!
could be a nice video if not for the ameture graphic
If you didn't have all the graffiti over the screen, I probably would have subscribed to your channel.

Watched about 30 sec. but the stuipid graphic were so annoying ... wish people would learn less is more and remove the cxreen clutter.

How does it fare in the storm?
Dude, I think the whole point of the design was better performance in heavy seas, so where are the heavy seas?
It will be a hell of a ride in heavy seas. If anyone is sleeping in their bunks, they surely will quickly be on the deck..
Airplane nose.

Chris K was
two min. of ads and i am gone see ya
Do need the continued words on the screen, spoils the picture, not one to save
Having 'In the port' constantly rolling across the screen was very annoying. It ruined what was otherwise a good video.
Great looking ship , looked like something out of thunderbirds lol , but too much repeating & too many signs saying -IN the port .
Definitely too annoying to watch with the constant graphics bombardment! If you're reading this first before watching the video, leave now!
Very unusually container ship...
Thank You very much for Your magic video !
We know it's in the port so stop ruining viewer fun with stupid bloody watermarks. Every 3 seconds, really.
A big seagoing lorry, no wasted space.
Marvel technology of the ship in Japan
Interesting, that forward position is different.
the port ., the port , the port , the port , the port , the port
How do you get from the engine room to the bridge or crew spaces? It looks wrong. But at least thunderbirds are go.
I started to watch this. BUT no way am I going to finish watching.. I know you don’t want people to steel your content but your ridiculous never watch another video from you.

Saw a number of these big bow ships in Norway a few years back!!!
Puts a aerodynamic nose on it but leaves it with a brick shaped hull.
Get rid of the words over the images! Watched 10 seconds, turned it off.
It has something of Thunderbird Two about it.
Interesting design, dreadful video.
Annoying watermark, no explanation, or details of ship. How many times can you run the same video?
Think of big waves, how stressful it is for the bridge crew sitting at the bow exactly
That's ok, I sailed on many ships with the accommodation on the bow. It is less confortable in storms, but has other advantages. A ship with the accommodation on the stern has much more vibration and engine noise inside.
Stern is wrong... Will pound in bad weather.
What is with the In the Port water mark, it's irritating.
Awsome
Sitting high in the water, must be loaded with empty containers.
nice
Awesome

This aint no good in open sea while big waves is in front of you.
worst ride ever on that bridge in rough seas
IN THE BIN!
Watched a minute and a half and stopped because of the "STUPID" in the port BS. Mo like and mo subscribe. Better luck with your next video.
No like, No subscribe.
Leave it to the Japanese.

Hopeless mooring, can move the ship sideways into berth and use ropes at end. Much too early, using mooring lines.

not impressive design..specially when encountering a rogue wave..

Look at that bulb on the bow.. Just a pipe slammed in the hull.. It has no use like that, just a waste of money. This whole design is just.. pfft...
U a naval engineer? Cuz I am not, but i can see a bunch of benefits over there
