@@TotallyLincoln-u1x That's great. Japan uses the NTSC format. In the 90's, music videos were shot on film and transferred to NTSC video. A 3:2 pulldown was added to bring the frame rate from 23.976 fps to 29.97 fps. So 4 film frames for every 5 video frames. The video here has been deinterlaced, so you will see a duplicate frame every five frames. The 3:2 cadence gets broken when you conform the edit, so there's no way to reverse the 3:2 pulldown.
