Plugging holes in Ludwig Drum Shell with wood dowel and sparkle wrap

Extra holes in drums are never very pleasant and surely decrease the value in a drum. Here is a short repair I have done on a 22" Ludwig bass drum that someone decided needed better ( Uh hmm) Legs than the originals. This is a method I have used in the past that works to at least disguise the damage. Hope this helps others.
