- Additional Thoughts -
this badge is really rare not because it's hard to get, but it's because the average item asylum player doesn't know how to play minesweeper. ill be honest this is really easy if you don't get any 50/50s.
this was originally gonna be a guide but there's already so many guides on how to play minesweeper. in short, a tile will show you how many mines it is touching in an 8 tile radius, and use other tiles to identify where mines are. if a tile doesn't show anything, that means it is not touching any mines. if you know how to play the game, just keep trying. if you don't, either find someone to do it for you OR maybe i could help you.. probably not but ill think abt it lol
i recommend getting a board that is near 100 mines. for flags, use any dummy summon and instant death, and maybe use some sort of speedup item so that you can get to places faster. i wish you could click on the mines to flag them. it would make this much easier. a couple attempts before this one i accidentally stepped on a mine near the end of the session. my heart sank lower than the @%(!ing titanic i checked the board after that and there were no 50/50s in sight.
speaking of 50/50's, the hardest part about this badge isn't about learning how to play minesweeper, but actually dealing with 50/50's. you could be making amazing progress and all of a sudden you see a punnett square. now you gotta pray that the tile you step on isn't gonna blow you up. i hate 50/50's with all my life dawg ill get on my knees to not do another 50/50 again..

marking the mines with unholy dummies is actually smart ngl
It is the only thing you can do since it does not have a system of placing flags
I did the same but with dripped dummies
I used regular combat dummies as the flags lol
i used presidential dummies lol

me and my friend spent like 30 minutes clearing the entire map because thats what i thought you had to do

Minesweeper is a game where there are numbered tiles that represent the amount of mines that are within the tile’s range, a 1 means only one mine is within, 2 means two mines within and so on.

the one in the middle is the numbered tile, and it represents how many bombs there are around the tile, in this case, the bomb is on the top right corner of said numbered tile.
another example:

The number on any tile you press shows how many bombs are surrounding that tile.

my attempt to do crackedsweeper was lucky and it took 40 whole minutes-
gg, now you should try to win a broad with or more than 180 mine... (difficult: 441 -> 18M) (max is 250 mine)
i have try to loard the 27x27 broad with 250 mine and then it only give me the same broad but with 239 mine are max (also you won't know how hard to win a broad with difficult more than 1000 lol)
bonus: you broad difficult is 21, very easy (easiler than a expert broad)

I ever lose because of the game generation which at somepoint spawn 3 unguessable mine that you need to guess it pure randomly. I even tried minesweeper AI to solve just that pattern because theres just 3 uncover mines left but the AI gave me a question mark💀 i died at second guess

No, only a random amount and I feel like Poly lowrolled with 101 mines (most of my runs have 150+)

@@HiveGead Ah, there were no 50/50's that time, but there is a chance that there is a 50/50 in the lobby.
item asylum minesweeper was actually easier since they calculated so you dont have to use rng like in og minesweeper

Pretty sure when I got that badge months ago I had to do the following:
Reset the lobby until it has below 150 mines.
Guess the 4 corners first to remove any rng (because a 50/50 in the corner was possible back then. I unfortunately wasted hours because I thought there's no rng to this lol). If there's mine in them, reset.
I highly doubt they'd update just for this badge but if they did, based.
