The god of hyper death kit is a 1 in 1,311,920 chance of getting. This also means that every ultra instinct synergy is a 1 in 14,260 chance.
all you have to do is use cero metraletta to get master spark filled then when the cero metraletta cooldown is over use master spark and that will fill up lilynette and the cycle repeats
