do you think they should remove the specific holo/resonator types and just make them be general and allow us the option for how to distribute them? as now boxes only give a 33% chance of the holo/resonator type that you may want/need?

T-me can you ask your contacts how EL matchups are done? i moved servers a few weeks ago to a server with a max CP of 36M and we were paired with 50-86M CP. they already wiped us out and we're back on our normal server. might as well have the possibility to NOT go to EL. most of us got burnt. the thing is that in this game whoever has the bigger CP wins, that's it. so what's the point...
EL matchmaking will get better. It was launched faster this year as part of their strategy to stop players from quitting.
The matchmaking tool was not ready . This team has indeed qualifications and skill (no sarcasm)…BUT 100% not the ones required to :
- manage a game
- make it grow
- to create a game with a long term strategy.
So , this EL matching was done ..like the ones in the past: MANUALLY (if you can believe that ).
Their strategy was:
Announce the match making + offer players the transfer possibility = choose your battles

@andre0000000007 for us also. Barely being able to get any kills. Absolutely unbelievable bad. Never ever saw such a poor gaming experience “being offered “ due to HIGH LEVELS of incompetence.
I bet they just lost alot more people because of this el is a killer for most servers in its self but to pare servers that have asked for a merge with 15 active players get a nice set up and say ok we got this and bam 80 cp player magically shows up in the server. It's ashame I'm mad for all the servers that had to deal with this

As of today which is better pantheon or void matrix?
Depends for what
Void Matrix : ability to teleport allies to you for free + cross-server 10% dmg *decrease*
Pantheon : cross-server 15% dmg *increase*
Void Matrix's skill is often useful in small groups within the same alliance, and very critical in EL (which ironically is where you get it) because teleport's cost is way higher than usual
Pantheon is very good in cross-server PvP (EXCEPT svs defense, as it's on your own map)
Note that Pantheon may be less powerful than some recent paid bases, and two months ago, UD awarded a complete substitute : Tier 1 had cross-serv 10% dmg+ but Tier 2 had cross-serv 20% dmg+, so if you obtained Tier 2 Pantheon is now completely useless as an active base.
Void Matrix's skill, on the other hand, becomes very powerful with some other skills, like the paid base "Storm Factory" that allows you to teleport for free three times : use one storm to move where you want, use Matrix to teleport other people, then reuse Storm to move back. You just moved 8 2x2 allies for absolutely nothing besides daily skills (and still have one free move remaining).
Oh, and with teamwork it can also have some mundane everyday uses : teleport 24 1x1 allies, and you basically did the r4-less equivalent of a fortress request. Teleport 4 void matrixes in each corner, and make them trigger their own skills : it now generates an area for 20 2x2 allies, despite ONE person spending ONE move.
Pantheon? Outside cross-server offense (aka 1h per week, and 2 ELs+a tournament per year) it is useless.
That lead to the bad side of the coin : being able to teleport allies doesn't change your scoring in TW events, which focus on individual performance... increasing your damage does count.
If you intended to make a support build like mine, Void Matrix was a preferable choice. But given the tier1 of Galaxy Ring requires to perform well in SvS invasion, I finally took Pantheon (at my sixth EL!) because I will need to leverage that 15% dmg+
[EDIT] But if you are unsure for Pantheon, take Matrix. When a teammate in EL says "I'm out of moves and my ps is going to break" you will be very happy to run that warp to let them evacuate ASAP. Happened to me two days ago.
I love this skill so much that I now run matrix as my hologram : allies see "taxi available", opponents misread as "defense build"
